This has made me start brain storming... I wonder if deep-squating would be beneficial for PE. maybe it would stretch the ligaments and allow more of the tissue to come out of the body (you know how the member is internal also). What do yall think?
maybe after squats do a 15min penile stretch then try to keep a stretch the rest of the day to help the healing. I never stretched (not even my legs) after squats. hmmmm. maybe my penis could be bigger but because I didn't stretch my body after a workout my ligament at the member tightened up.. hmmm. this means I should see quick gains... (i.e. unhealthy penis..)
any thoughts?
