Knowing what you know now what would you recommend if you could start over?

Warm-Up technique
Jelqing techinique
% erection
Stretching techinique
Squeezes
Lube
Time intervals/strokes
Breaks
Whatever

Any advice on what I should focus on or what I should avoid would be great. This board has been a lot of help. Thanks.

If I could start over knowing what I know now I would not have done any jelqing for enlargement. This might sound strange, given my name, but regular jelqing simply does not work for me, at least in the ways I tried it. But I do like the pump I get, and the stronger erections from increased bloodflow. I will prolly jelq now and again for penis health, but not for enlargement.

What I would have done is built a decent hanger and concentrated on hanging and stretching, as I am doing now. For me, this is the way to go I feel. My first experince with hanging was unsuccessful because the hanger put too much pressure on the head, meaning I could not hang as much then as I can now with the bib. I think if I ever get a gain, it will be in the next 6 months.

Rice sock for about 5 min for warm up is good enough.

Jelq alternating thumb up and down, but I would not try to jelq for long long periods and expect growth. I would jelq only between hanging or uli sets and for the purpose of restoring circulation and health. At about 80%

I would manually stretch for a warm up and expect no growth. Pull on the head in each direction once or twice and also grab the shaft with an ok grip and do the same.

Squeeses are ok but I just focus on ulies because I want the upper shaft and head to grow not just the middle.

I use curel lotion.

When jelqing I start somewhat fast, 1/2 second, and then move to about 2 seconds. When the erection goes down I speed up the strokes and use thumb up position and flex pc instead of stopping the trying to get erection again.

I would buy the bib hanger and start hanging.

I would focus on ulies and work up to longer and longer ulies and work with the wrap. (look for the posts on wrapping).

I would use the rice and a power-jelq. More rest and supplements
