Hi Chaps,

Well what a spot on forum this is ! - Looks like its full of people who know what there talking about and people that are willing to help with questions and queries without taking the piss....So here I am :)

Basicly all i've been doing for about a month or so is :

Kegels - I've been doing these for years now, I was about 15 and someone told me to stop your pee midstream and hold it and then let it go, do this everytime you have a pee and it will stop you pissing your pants when you become old, so I did, I didn't want to pee my pants and stink did I, lol...Since reading the forum i've been doing as many as possible, 100 on a morning, about 250 on my lunch break and on a night about 10 holding for 10 seconds a time, and just random ones throughout the day to pass time....

Stretches - After I go to the toilet I have a stretch for about 30 seconds... Probably about 10 times a day in total....

Thats it, I would like to do more, but privicy is abit hard to gain at the moment..Any suggestions on other exercises I could do ? Remembering about the privicy thing...

I've had a read....

I've increased my kegels, and will be incorporating some jelking into my small routine and hopefully ad dmore excerises into my routine as I go along..
