Ok im not to worried about length, im at 7.5 inches but i hear girls like thick units,which mine is but i would like it thicker,what can i do to get more thickness? And what does that hot cloth wrap i see do for you?

And for a 2nd set of questions, are there foods or eating habits that may help? I weightlift for football, does that help at all? And any vitamins or pills that help?

A lot of women do like extra thickness. Ulis and power squeezes are good for building that up. The hot wraps help loosen the tissues, making them more receptable to growth and minimizes the chance of injury; caution must still be taken.

A well balanced diet and excercise are always a good place to start. Some people do recommend certain suppliments; browse the main forum for several ideas.
