Bafow” The attached pic is an illustration of my “bafow” stretching procedure which I developed January 2001 in an attempt to controll? microtears. I tested this procedure for about 6 weeks during which time, and the following month, I had approx. .5" length gain. As of yesterday, I am started another test of this procedure to see if once again I can gain from it. I have not gained since April 2001 and have not PEed at all the last 3 months. This thing can literally tear your dick out so if you try it, be extremely careful. I have created 22+ lbs. tension(fish scale) before stopping - feel that’s far enough. I use a ruler to measure the stretch between the tip of the penis and the dowel rod to know if I am getting additional stretch from session to session.

Hi Fow,
About the only thing I can tell from the picture is that you have a lot of dick. What the heck is that thing attached to it? It looks a lot like a big pink pocket pussey with a giant hose clamp attached, but if I am correct, what do you attach the weight to?

Maybe this and the next pic will help.

This is a pic of a new bib hanger I am constructing. My old one gave up the ghost. Thought an illustration of the open hanger might be helpful to newbies looking to construct one. Mind you, this follows the basic concept of bibs but I did not use his sested materials list. This is constructed from the plastic of a planter(the kind that shrub from the nursery come in) with droplets of hot glue for gripper bumps. Cord laced thru re-enforced holes with small “S” hook attached
