I began this routine on 12-11-01 and have gotten decent results.

5 min. hot wrap or hot shower.
Manual stretching lasting approximately 40 minutes (with circulation breaks included) Manual stretching is angle based. Stretches are done for 30 seconds at each angle (forward, upward, downward, right and left).
2-3 min. hot wrap
Jelq for 10 to 20 min. (depending on how well the pump is primed) using cocoa butter.
5 min. hot wrap.
Results:
12-11-01
BPEL-6 5/16
EG- 4 4/16
FLBP-4 1/4
FG-4
1-11-02
BPEL-6 9/16
EG- 5
FLBP-4 9/16
FG-4 1/16
2-18-02
BPEL-7 1/16
EG-5 1/16
FLBP-4 13/16
FG-4/2/16

Supplements;
Arginmax, and a better diet .

Not bad results for 3 months. Hopefully there will not be a plarteau anytime soon. At least not until I can join the 8 inch club. If I get there, I would likely go into maintenence mode.

I left out maybe the most important factor I think has led to gains. I do 30 one second kegels on some sets and three 10 second kegels on other sets. I think this is the key to make gains from manual stretching as it gives a more powerful stretch on the ligament without having to pull too hard and risk an injury. Maybe more or as effective as the possibly more risky hanging routines?
