I had the lengthening surgery

It happened last Friday, March 15, in Washington DC. Now figure who the doctor is…

Anyways, It was much more painful than I have thought! I was planning to go back to the office the Monday following the surgery. Well, as of today, I am still at home! I will be back to work tomorrow though J Good news is that I did not have any problems such as infection or complications.

The surgery took about one hour, and I was sedated all the time. The Doctor cut the ligaments and than reattached it. I have an incision of 2 cms above my dick now! Anyways, I have some pictures that he snapped before and after the procedure. His staff was very kind. I had an appointment with him one-week prior the surgery when I talked to him for over an hour. He explained all the aspects and we arranged the surgery for the following Friday.

As Fat8 stated, I also had NO GAINS from the surgery. I know that the surgery itself is the first step and that I will have to commit myself to pos-op exercise.

If any of you guys want to ask question please be free to post them. I also would like to Fat8 to tell me what he did after his procedure and how long it took for him to see results

A. Absolutely! He knew the techniques but told me that it will be very difficult to gain length as the ligaments are really though to stretch! However, he said that I had good girth! Thanks to JELQING

A. Mainly stretch my penis for 2 minute every couple of hours for the first two weeks. Then, I have to stretch it as often as I can. He also sested the GRIP (The one with a knee attachment)

A. No, I have Bibs hanger and also THE STRETCHER. I will be using them

What were your measurements before surgery? Did the doctor give you some idea of what growth you might reasonably expect? Your procedure sounds very interesting. I did not know that there are five ligaments. Did he say why he cut four and reattached only one? My guess is that if you try to stretch soon after surgery, it will hurt like hell. Please keep us informed at to your progress. I'm not sure i would go through it, but it's sure cool to hear from someone who's actually doing it.

I've read about this surgery, but it sounded like the early versions left the penis with little support/control. Maybe that's why he left one. Wow, i bet you have to take it easy for quite a while. Some really horny girl could ruin your $4000 surgery. Ouch! Aw, hell, that's no so much money. You can't even buy a good used car for $4000 and your new dick will bring you a lot more pleasure. glad to hear everything was ok, and if you were going to get it done, you got it done right. For the first couple of weeks take it easy, DO NOT HANG WEIGHTS. but after two weeks or about the time your stiches start to heal or get you get them out..slowly ,,start very slowly about a lb or 2 . Listen to the doctor,and don't rush.. Beleive me I gained almost 1 1/2" in less than 6 months. All or 80% of that gain will be flaccid length. In time you will also be the same length flaccid as when you were erect..Then when that happens you start gainning erect length. As you heal and time goes by you will add more and more weight. For me after 18 months I hang up to 10lbs. Once I made that huge gain it was alot slower there after. The gains were small and slow coming..but I am still making gains. I was just blessed by my own doctor ( Dr. Rosenthal ) to try up to 16lbs. after just one week I finally broke the 9 inch dead stretch, right after hanging. The doctor has also told me that the current record after surgery is a HUGE 6 inch gain.... I'm going for a 4 inch gain and the wife can't wait to mount a 10 inch dick

The problem is that, I have to stay away from my wife for three weeks! Moreover, I am getting so damn horny!

This decision was made because it is something that I really, really wanted! My wife is supporting me and taking care of me, I am very thankful for this! But she said that she was very satisfied with me.

I am a very slow gainer and the exercise routine was leaving me with little time to myself and family. Moreover, I had reached a Plateau and had to work twice as hard.

I want to have the surgery done but am kind of scared. I worry that I won't get the desired results. But I guess that is negative thinking. It has given me more confidence knowing that a couple of guys on this group have had it done and we know that fat8 has gotten good results thus far.
One question: are you going to have any girth enhancement surgery? I have heard that it really helps to cement the flaccid gains...that you never go back to the previous small flaccid length.

My surgery went pretty easy, I had very little pain, but doc gave me some pain pills. The first couple of weeks it was painful to get an erection. Since everything for me was cut and repositioned , until the stiches came out or the outside healed,It hurt a little. But not to worry...just wait till you start pulling on it. OUCH, and for the next couple of months there after,when ever you increase the weight. Sometimes I think I'm going to pull my dick off....but not to worry..JUST GO SLOW.. If your doctor said that you were going to gain..maybe 2 1/2" ...he is so right and it will happen pretty quick too.My doctor told me right after surgery that I would gain 1 5/8" and sure enough 6 months later I gained 1 5/8' in erect lengtjh.I kept in direct contact with Dr. Rosenthal and get his advise about once a month. He tells me what is new in the medical enlargement procedures and the new stuff they are using to increase the girth. Only BAD doctors are using fat injections nowadays. I had ALLODERM skin graft and that is why I have a very natural looking 6 1/2" girth a midshaft ( 7 at base). He inspires me when he tells me of his other patients gainning as much as 4 to 5 inches..but he also tells me of his disasters too..not so much from the surgery but patients not following doctors orders..SO LISTEN TO THE DOC !!!!!!! A few would not give the weight theraby a chanced and quit to soon or start to late....if your doctor says start pulling and stretching...DO IT. Remember I'm 8 inches, I was 6 it took 18 months. I did not know you had the girth surgery too! I am planning to do so in a year or once I have reached my max length. You are once more right. Alloderm yet much more expensive is the way to go! I briefly discussed this with my Doc. He does not do it and told me that sometimes the girth attained is not enough mainly because the stripes placed in the dick are thin. But again, I would rather have less girth but a handsome Dick, free of lumps and/or scars

I'd sest that you havea phone interview before arranging an appointment. whomever your Doc is, please be sure that he reattaches the lig, so you will keep the same erect angle, ok? You are right when you say that the girth procedure hekps to consolidate length gains! But I am going to erect length now, and after I would consider my girth. All in all, you should chose a doc that has good credentials will tell you realistic gains and have extensive experience in the field

I agree with gogetter. I chose based on the same, price and locale. I surprised to find out that the doctors in the Beverly Hills Ca. area will less expensive than the last. So I chose the beverly Hills surgery center. The doctors there are very down to earth, and seem just like ordinary people. Which they are. I chose this center mainly because of the cost but they offer other services. My wife had her Boobs redone there by another doctor and I really pleased with the results. They can lift your face, give you a big dick, suck ourt that extra fat, fix your feet, and make your wifes Ass look like it did when she was 18. I am very happy with my results. The cost for the Beverly Hills surgery center is about $3500.00 and the hotel is about $120 per night in a very posh part of town. As a matter of fact the hotel is only about 5 minutes from tyhe playboy mansion.
THE SURGERY IS DONE RIGHT IN THE OFFICE WITH A FULL medical staff. I had whats called an IV sedation..GREAT STUFF, knocks you fast and the next thing you know your up and wide awake..General is a bit more and puts you under deeper ,you don;t remember shit except you wake up very cold and have the shakes, but that passes in a few minutes. I have had surgery 3 times, Once for fat injection...NEVER AGAIN WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. I had the lenghtening easy as pie, and finally girthn with Alloderm.

As to the surgery, 99.9% of them are made in an out-patience basis, meaning that the Doc operates at his own clinic and sends you home afterwards

I live in East Tennessee and need to find out if there are any reputable doctors in the TN, VA. NC area that does the process. I would hate to have it done too far away if there was complications.

I think you should call some Docs up and see what they have to say. But before doing so, do like I did, I wrote down all the posible questions I might have so I could have them all answered at once. Then, I compared the answers from the various Docs and chose the best pick of the litter!

1. Type of incision
2. Type of sedation
3. Price
4. Does he reattach the ligs or not
5. Expected gain in the flaccid and erect state
6. so forth and so on

As to the follow up, it is almost inexistent as the surgery is not really complicated. You will talk to your Doc by phone whenever you need to know something and/or have doubts

From what I gathered so far is I definately want the lig reattached for stability and that is best way.

Is there a preferred incision type for overall best results and which incision is has less scarring?

I read of some place that uses a laser to cut the ligs. Did you and Fat have the laser procedure and does it matter?

I am 40 y/o and never had any type of surgery in the pastand this is all new to me. Actually I hate needles and even getting a flu shot, but I guess I will have to get over it.

I had a 2 cm incision on my pubis which is covered by the pubic hair, meaning no visible scars. My Doc used laser and I am very pleased with the results.

DO NOT go for the V-Y incision!! You will end up with very unsightly scars. This type of incision is almost out-of-fashion among good surgeons.

Laser will expedite the healing process therefore, you will have less scarring

It is too soon for me to notice any change in the angle of my erection. Actually, I am avoiding getting erected because it still is painiful. However, FAT8 said in one of his post that he did not notice any change whatsoever. Better ask him

I leave for a day, and a whole new page about our surgeries. "ALLODERM" it cost me about $3500.00 I had 4 layers done and I gained well over an inch in girth. Right after surgery I was 6 1/4 with an erection, and when I was completly flaccid I was 5 3/4". The alloderm heals so well and it is permenant..no doubt. I have had mine for 4 years, and if anything I am larger now than I was. I Am currently 7" at the base and 6 1/2" at midshaft. But I think the girth increase is more related to the HGH than anything else. I will keep you poisted on that. With the surgery..DO NOT SMOKE.. quit if you can, for at least the time you have the surgery and a couple months after. I am SERIOUS ABOUT THIS. If you smoke..DO NOT HAVE THIS DONE, you could have BIG problems. WHY ok you really need a good blodd supply during the healing process, people who smoke tend to reduce blood circulation and that causes some problems with the healing phase. Believe me I know. I did smoke and I did not heal very well and ended up with a nasty scar, that I finally got fixed and Now I am back to normal. Gogetter you did it right and WAIT for at least a year, before you have the girth increase. The alloderm does secure your flaccid length, believe me I NEVER get smaller than 6 inches flaccid, but in the same breath its a real bitch to stretch, so get all the length you can NOW because trying to get the alloderm to grow and stretch is an added burden. I fight this stuff everyday and it seems to me that I have to hang twice the amount of weight to get length gains.
As more and more men have this done, more and more is learned from it and it becomes safer and men have better results. Oh yes I almost forgot, my scar is about 2 inches across the top side at the base and is hidden in my pubic hair..but the scar has almost disappeared. I can barely see it anymore and I think that is from the stretching that I have done.
I have reached a new point. My dead stretch measurement is now 9 inches my erect is 8 1/4" and my flaccid is 6 3/4"+.
I still call the doctor and get his advise but I also get FILL-IN's . As I stretch and gain more length I go back to Ca. and have INJECTABLE ALLODERM done to fill in low spots near the glan and also to build up the area near the glan. THis way I look more natural. So far I have had 3 treatments as he fills in any low spots and I ujsally get about 4cc. So I look very fat when flaccid.

Yes i AM VERY AWARE THAT HE has been sued, but what surgeon has not been. I am very aware of the circumstances and that was a long time ago. Anyway ALLODERM is available as an injectable filler ( only ) it cost me about $250 per cc ( 1ml) it is used for wrinkles and lips. and of course fill in the low spots from penis enlargement surgery. My wife LOVES my size and she wants more. can you believe it, she wants and encourages me to get larger and she is the one who set my goal, not I. So she wants me to be 10 inches erect 7 inch girth and flaccid, over 8.

You said that you had two layers of Alloderm placed in your dick. Interesting!

The way you describe it, Alloderm is not very elastic therefore, when one gets an erection, a gap is created as the penis surpasses or out grow the Alloderm. And that is why you have to "Fill the gap" with the injectable version.

I wonder, if someone does not want to have any gaps (or low spots, as you call it) when erected; he should have a flaccid length equals to erect length.

Let me get this right:

Alloderm:
Pros: A more natural look when flaccid, permanent, no lumps on the penis
Cons: As you grow (or get erected) the penis out grow it meaning, you will have a thinner shaft near the glan which gives your penis an odd look, expensive,

FFG (Free Fat Graft)
Pros: cheaper than Alloderm, you get that extra fat taken out of your belly, much more elastic than Alloderm so, you would not have to keep filling in the gap as you grow or get erected, you can always fill it with more Fat
Cons: it is almost certain that less than 50% of the FFG will survive, creating lumps and an uneven surface as it is reabsorved by you body

Girth surgery with alloderm has no CONS. I had 4 FOURlayers of alloderm wrapped as a graft around the shaft. The graft was about 6" long at the time. The alloderm GROWS into you and becomes part of you. It just takes a little longer to do so. As I strtech the alloderm stretches with me and grows at a slower rate. It is very difficult to explain.
When you have the lengthening surgery done , you need to wait till you reach the full extension of what you had, that has now repositioned itself outside of you. Then when you have the alloderm graft done , the doctor will place a much longer graft . This graft maybe 10inches ( if your so lucky) but it is still placed in layers. Once you have the graft, it takes time for you to grow into the alloderm. he alloderm and your own tissue grow into each other and become one. When that is occuring you can not be stretching. After you are healed up from the alloderm graft you can go back to stretching. It is has been my own experience that it is now harder to make those gains.
I get the injectable alloderm for the end of my dick right under the glan. Surgery has not been able to increase the size of the head. Since I gained about 2 inches in shaft girth I gained nothing in head size. The doctor is injecting alloderm right near that area to build it up so I have a more natural looking dick. It appears that my head is getting larger, but in reality he is creating a taper effect from my shaft to the tip.
THe alloderm graft has been great, I have no gaps, and it is growing with me. I don't know else to explain it, other than if the doctor would let me I'd add
another inch, but he will not untill we can somehow add size to the head of my dick or glan. I am larger in girth flaccid than 75% men when erect. So I keep asking him add another inch ,and he says I'm big enough, and tyhen I say to explain that to the wife

My Doctor is Dr. Giunta. I have to say that my scar is almost completly gone now! I am really, really happy for having my procedure done with laser! It is amazing how fast it healed!

I have noticed that my flaccid lenght has improved a lot! By as mch as 1.5" and it's been only 2 weeks! I still have pain when I get an erection.

This week I will measure my penis and post the results

Your flacid gains sound great! I know mine hangs like a turtle at times when it's flacid and it would be nice to have another 1 1/2" and hopefully more after hanging for awhile.

BTW, where exactly do you feel the pain when you get an erection?
