Yes, Big Al's site is one of the best. It was the program that got me started with PE.

~75% of the information he has listed in his site can be found for free on the net, but his site puts it all together so your sure your doing all you can for Mr. Happy. Plus he has several things that I haven't seen else where.

One of my favorite parts of Al's program is program's yahoo group that you are invited to if you subscribe. It's as active as this forum and Al responds to all PE questions. I only post there (and here, for that matter) occasionally, but I read all the posts. It's both informative and a good motivation.
