View Full Version : Power Jelq?
I've only been back on the board for a few days, and I saw this device. Has anyone used it? How is it? Better than doing it manually?
It looks very interesting.

I purchased a Power-Jelq device back in August 2001 when Rob Edmund was selling them for $25 plus shipping. He was trying to get testers who would provide feedback/endorsements on this board. Because of time and privacy issues, I have only used the device about once per week. I have not yet written my review of the device, since I feel that I need to use it more before passing final judgment. That being said, I can tell you that you can jelq more intensely using the Power-Jelq device than manually. Every time I have used it I've gotten the little red spots that newbies get on both the head and the shaft! It seems to combine the effect of a jelq stroke and a Uli into one stroke plus you can do a "reverse jelq stroke" while sliding the rollers back down to the base. One Power-Jelq stroke equals at least 10 manual jelq strokes, IMO. Its effectiveness seems to correlate directly with your ability to maintain a 60 to 75% erection while using the device. If you can do this, it can be a timesaver; however, you do sacrifice the variety of exercises that manual jelq provides. Most users (including me) report being hung like a horse after a Power-Jelq routine. I have used it at night before going to bed and awakened in the morning with boxer-splitting wood. Hope this helps. Look for my full review in the weeks to follow.
JMeister, thanks for the feedback!
I have been truly amazed by the response that people have had to this device. My biggest fear, initially, was that I would be the only one who would find benefit from a device that simulates the jelqing exercise "times 10" as you put it.
I have received numerous emails and "snail mail" filled with praise for this invention. I am very happy that it is useful to so many men out there.
I look forward to another report.
Thanks again,
R.E.
I got my PJ about 3 weeks ago. I was on a "learning-curve" for the first few days, but I think I have the hang of it. I do like it. It gives a very different feel then hand jelqing. BUT....I do them differently then are shown on the PJ web site. I hold the rollers on the sides of my penis instead of the top and bottom. I find the "correct" way very uncomfortable.
I get a good work out from the PJ, but I still do hand jelqs after my pj work out. I don't find that I get an extreemly better work out from the pj. This could be because of the way I am using the PJ.
I'll keep you guys informed.
