Routine- IM A NEWBIE. This isnt a major priority for me. I'm doing a routine that i dont mind doing on my own time. Just out of curiosity. All measurements are takin just before cumming so theres no guesswork. Standing up straight with ruler pressed against my pubic bone.
EL=erect length
EG=erect girth
EH=erect head

-jelque 50 times, normal pace.
-get semi erect, 50 more jelques. at slow pace.
-blow load.
-hard pull for 30 seconds 3 reps.
-1 up down left right.
-1 more straight out.
