Would you guys consider fluid build-up, "The Donut Effect," a positive sign of PE or a warning.

Thanks

I would consider it neither. I consider it just an event, a side effect if you will.

When i started PE i began by vacuum pumping. I developed donuts in the beginning and probably was due to extended pumping at too high of a pressure. Even at that, after a length of time (like going thru an adjustmet period) it went away permanently. So in my case it was just a temporary thing.

Once i began manual exercising i had no problem with the donut effect. Maybe henry was already adjusted.

From my own personal experience it seems in my mind that the donut effect is a minor as well as temporary set-back and after a while disappears. But that is not to say a person could not develope a permanent donut if they purposely went about doing so. Some pumpers, for an example, want the donut effect so they can use it as a stimulator during sex.

One thing is for sure, the donut is nothing to worry about. Maybe the worse thing about a donut is henry being out of symmetry.

I think it happens as a result of weak tissue in that area from being circumcised and maybe also due to that area being the spot where fluid is forced to go and once there has nowhere else to go (the end of the trail so to speak) except outwards.

Personally for myself, i wouldn't do anything to encourage it or take any measures to make it a permanent issue.
I assume it will simply go away after a length of time of PE'ing although i could very well be wrong.

At least you know that you are at the very least successfully stretching the skin and that is one of the needed benefits of PE.
With loosened skin, henry has more unfettered freedom to expand.

For what it may be worth.

Take care.

Is there no way of stopping or getting rid of the doughnut? like maybe squeezing it so the fluid goes out or something?

ps. it does not happen because of weakened/circumcised skin cos i am uncut and i gert it when i jelq with my foreskin behind the head for too long, so it probly is fluid build up... but why cant the fluid just build up in the head
