No one seemed to answer this question so i'll rephrase it
1. after jelqing, should i feel soreness or is there any INDICATOR to let me know that i have worked effectively or reached failure (like in weightraining) or is this not necessary?
I definitely get the "shrinked up retracted look" but not feeling any soreness so I know jelqing is working but not to what extent or when to stop.....
2.And if you do reach failure how would one know when to workout again, thus being fully RECOVERED, or at least enough to train again?
