View Full Version : Big Al's Program
hi..is there anyone here who can give a comprehensive review on big al's program? he seems like a good person to work with, but I'd like an unbiased reviewer to attest to the efficacy of his program.

This has already been said, but I'll reiterate. Big Al's program is concise. It gives you specifics - routines you can work with and not just the jelq for so many minutes, etc. Can't go into detail of course, but I see many exercises which are unique and if you didn't happen to stumble across them yourself, you wouldn't know about them. Besides, even if you did, you wouldn't know if they worked or not. Reading his proven routines gives you a sense of comfort. Having said that, I haven't been on the routine long enough to see specific results, however, I've learned the importance of stretching properly and how to use that in my routines. I do recommend it.

Another great thing about Big Al's program are the videos
that demonstrate some cool variations of the milking/jelqing
techniques.
I joined Big Al's program just this week. I must say his prompt response to questions and problems is refreshing. He certainly has a large volume of information and excercises. Do they work? I'll let you know :)
