If you're just starting to hang, then I highly recommend this hanger. I actually have gotten zero discoloration on the glans on a few sets with this hanger. I think the best thing about it is you can put it on different distances from the glans. Also with around 15 hours of hang time with it I never got the skin burn (stretch) that I did with the larger version. All the stretch is going to the ligs and the shaft. I am 100% excited about this hanger. If you have the larger version I still recommend you get this one, the different positions you can attach on the shaft add another dimension to your hanging. I've tried both Versions of the Bib Hanger and many many other hangers, homemade and commercial. If I had it all to do over again, I would buy the 2 bib hangers and never have to worry about buying, or trying to make another hanger again. I went through a lot of pain experimenting and trying other hangers and trying to make my own. The hangers are designed and built by someone who has hung for many many hours, over the last few years, and tested many different design possibilities and studied the art of hanging like probably no other human. The design is the safest you will find anywhere in the world, and is heavy duty enough to last you a life time. Don't pass up the chance to get the best hanger on the market at a steal.
