Been pe'ing since like 1st of Jan. I have a "basic" routine...
1st) Five to 10 min hot bottle warm up, putting my nuts in their "tunnels"
2)Stretches: Pull out(30 sec), pull down(30 sec), V-stretch in three diff. places (each for 20 sec)
3)Then I do slow(2-5 sec) jelqs for 10 min.
4)Kegel hard, then squeeze. 4 Reps
5)"Megasqueeze" technique....2 or 3...
6)Five min hot bottle warm up(down, lol)
Thats it...if anyone wants to make any sestions that they think would make my routine better, I would appreciate it. Thanx
