Hi!

Well, I'll start my reviews with the Brandon Reece's program.

== BRANDON REECE'S PROGRAM ==
This program is, IMHO, very much like almost all of the programs being sold on the Net. It's based on jelquing and manual stretching, and normally it takes 1h30m to 2h to complete. It's effective (I had good gains with it) but takes too much time to do (of course if you have time like that to spend, it could be worth the money, but IMHO there are better choices - I'll get to that later).

So in terms of effectiveness (results): 7 / 10
In terms of efficiency (results / time): 4 / 10

== BIG AL'S PROGRAM ==
This is the program I currently use, and I've already stated the reasons why I use it, so I'll just point them without explaining. It's a more efficient and effective program. It's based more in intensity than on the actual time dedicated to PE.

In terms of effectiveness: 9 / 10
In terms of efficiency: 9 / 10

There are no perfect programs

== MaXtender ==
Regarding this all day stretcher, I'm very disappointed (well, for the price it costed, I was hoping for something like this to happen). It's "monstrous" - it won't be undetected below normal clothes, so it can't be used all day. It has a nylon cord loop, wich is very bad for the skin, and also for us uncircumcised guys, it's impossible to put on - at least for me. Some 40$ down the toilet

I won't rate this one, because it would be all 0.

IS there a link to Big Al's site. I have been doing B. Reece (penile fitness) off and on for past year. Like you mentioned his program requires more time than I usually can commit, so therefore I've had very little if and gains. The kegal's probably have been the most effective, but I also want size. After all that's why I joined.
