I have been doing PC muscle excercises on and off since december. the average has ranged from 2000 contractions / week to 20. This is not enough, but I have still noticed results!
before: when I came, the semen would dribble down the side of my penis, unless I had 'saved up' for a week before coming, or was REALLY excited.
now: I usually spurt cum once, then the rest dribbles down ;). if I have not cum for over 2 days, all hell breaks loose.
I did my first PE session ever, today. I did the 10 minute hot wrap, then 2 sets of 20 length stretches, with a 1 minute stretch, and a hot wrap in between.
I measure 5.8 inches long and 5.5 inches around when erect, and I am aiming for 7" long, and the same girth.
after the session I jerked off, and there were 2 squirts, not the normal 1. had come the day before, so this was new to me. the stretches obviously had some beneficial effect.
anyone here have any information on how to cum harder, with more semen? I have tried yohimbe, and it works well to increase sex drive and semen output, but it comes with a health warning that I agree with: don't take it if you are unfit or have a bad heart!!! my heart rate was still higher 12 hours after taking the recommended dose!
my 'finest hour', however, was when I was having sex, came (more than normal) and then was ready again 20 seconds after I had finished coming! that is the effect of yohimbe after I took it regularly for a week!

and will just length stretches make any difference to my length? are weights *that* important?
