the reason i lost a bit of lenght in the last measurement is i took a week off, becuase injury, i normally measure about 24 hours after last pe session.

I've been jelqing pretty consistently 30 minutes a day for the past 3 months.. about as long as you have. I've seen some results, but nothing nearly as profound as yours. (I'd say I've gained 1/4 inch erect, if that much.)
What is your jelq routine?
As for me, I try to get in 30 minutes a day, every day, no particular time of day.

first of all; 1/4" in three months is A LOT, some people get that in a year or even more.
you say that you are jelqing every day, bad idea, your penis needs time to recover, if you have been jelqing every day for three months then take a week off, i took week 9 and week 15 off, and yes i did loose some length the next time i measured, and yes that was somewhat demotivating, but that measurement gave me the true size of my penis minus swelling. even if you dont know it some of the soze you have gained is just swelling.
also if you have been jelqing every day, then i am wondering what you do to... relieve some pressure, it has been mentioned at least once that cumming shortly after or even during the same day at all, in which you jelq is counterproductive, i believe that it was posted my mistered. i will attempt to repeat the gist of what he said:
after you ejaculate what happens to your penis? it shrivels up, yes? when jelqing you are attempting to make the penis absorb more blood and get used to it, so if it shrivels up less blood flows into it, so all of your jelqing for that day was wasted.
so i would recommend (whether you feel you need it or not) you take a week off, i believe that many of the more senior members would agree (not to put words in their mouths).
after that, you should rethink your approach, if you feel the more intense routine (like mine) is for you then do as i do 6 day peing/one day off. no ejaculation on peing days, on off days masterbation and sex is okay (in fact its encouraged) - thats a quote from someone else im sure.
a sestion would be read up on the older posts during your week off, learn from others mistakes, read up on new excersises etc.
also if your looking for length try stretches, or hanging, im thinking about doing a 30min - 1 hour hang of apprx. 1lb, after my manual stretching which is quite intense.
my routine now, slightly changed (hopefully improved):
5 days a week - routine (see below);
1 day off completely - sex, sex, and hopefully more sex;
1 day of a half hour light jelqing
5-10 min hot wrap warm up.
45 min-1 hour hard, slow (5 seconds average), dry jelqing, with a fist (explained below) every time i alternate hands
15-30 mins stretching (see below)
*SOON TO START LIGHT HANGING (1lb) FOR 30 MINS - 1 HOUR*
FIST - didnt know what its called, basically kegel, make the O ring at the base to trap the blood jelq normally until pinky is just behind head then slowly close all other fingers and sqeeze for 10 one second "pulses", and then one more, but held for 10 seconds.
STRETCHING - 4 x 20 seconds held in each direction, then put one hand at the base, and one hand behind the head and pull in opposite directions (20 seconds x 4). i do this because the first series of stretches are designed to pull the ligs which hold the penis in place, thusly making more of the "internal penis" hang out. whereas the second kind of stretch (lateral stretch????) is used to strech the penile tissues, not the ligs. i have only recently started doing this so i am unsure as to how it is working.
please excuse the length of the post (i like to be clear).

p.s - it appears from results that people who start smaller find it easier to gain, how big were you when you started, and how big now?
p.p.s - unfortunately there is no 1 technique that will work for everyone, you have to experiment, i try to do what i think will work for me.

yes you read it right 7" erect, and im tempted to do a little dance around the house, but i wont because everyone would think im insane. Milestone 1 completed ahead of schedule (i thought 6 months mininum). Mileston 2: 8" by March next year.

thanks, speaking of motivation, that was somewhat of a problem recently, ive noticed that as measuring day draws nearer i become less motivated, but then i just play through the pain, and when i measure motivation back to 100%.
changed my mind on the hanging, lack of privcay.
going for an intense week this week:
day1: 2 hours squeezes (ala HughJorgan)
day2 (today): 1 hour erect strech, 1 hour flaccid strech, 2 hour tuck
day3: repeat day 1
day4: repeat day 2
rest for 1 day, and go back to 1 hour jelq, 30 min strech from then on.

i think i may have lost the flaccid length becuase i have started takeing lechitin, which is a stimulant, and this seems to have made it shrink while flaccid, oh well, its good for errect.
