I'm embarrassed to say I fell prey to the ad in the back of Muscle and Fitness and ordered this product. It was cheap $34.95 and it was cheaply made. The hand pump quit working reliably after about a week, then the handle snapped off the next day. The cylinder is 2 3/4 inches with a thin latex gasket at the base. This is too wide for my purposes and can easily accidently suck up one of your testicles (ouch). The thin walled tube starts to collapse and crush the base of your penis. The "just press a button to release" was non-existent, there is a hole in the tube to cover with your finger (annoying). The claims that it could "increase your size to 10, yes even 12 inches" is impossible since the tube is only 9 inches long! The patented "sentry ring" they throw in (why?)is W shaped and is made of hard plastic with sharp casting lines on both the inside and out that will lacerate the skin on your penis if you tried to clamp it on!
Have ordered a straightwalled replacement from NW pumpworks and look forward to reviewing that product.
