Okay, I'm starting my log.
Currently I measures about:
Erect length: 4 3/4"...........sob sob
Girth length: 5 9/10".............can switch over
Sheesh...........if only its the opposite.
This past week, I did (I'm a member of Big-penis, hehehe):
3 min hot wrap
3 min stretching
5 min normal jelq
5 min 2 way exercise
5 min dual stroke exercise
2 min erect girth
2 min horse4403 min hot wrap for warm down.
Above twice a day.
Today, notice that I can't maintain erection and a bit sore too. Must have over done my
PEing...........resting a few days b4 continuing. Cutting down exercise to once a day.
Maybe will try v-stretch after the rest...........yo brother, are u feeling up to it???
Maybe will do more jelqing plus power jelq.........what's the difference between the 2?
Normal jelq - 1 to 2 seconds, power jelq - 5 seconds???
