Big Al's program is nice and effective, the only exercise which seems a tad difficult is the Taoist stretch where you place energy in to the penis and hold it there by placing a finger in the spot between your anus and penis, this one is a bit tough, but maybe more because I haven't tried it too much, also nice clips of how to jelq and how to perform the exercises, and more information in terms of number of exercises than most other sites out there, very well informed.
Brandon Reece's site has a good variety of exercises, and is good as an informative manual of all the exercises out there, but it requires too much time, and would probably cause a beginner to do too much too soon and consequently give up, like I said good assortment of information on exercises, but the amount of time that would have to be spent to get results seems a bit too much, besides that say you should do 30 minutes of continuous jelquing, but jelquing is not like jogging or reading, one cannot do it continuously, one must stop to check level of erection, reapply lube, etc., so the main problem with this site is that it does not address the specifics very well, and asks you to do 1000 kegels daily which is more a number aimed at experts and gurus more than newbies
Morepenis.com is a good site, it has good information and good philosophy on rest days, also good information on exercises, it is a good a good value
Big Al's and Morepenis.com are good pay sites, Brandon Reece's is good because of all the exercises they give you, but it is perhaps a tad excessive and in the end perhaps counterproductive, I would recommend either Big Al's or Morepenis.com as the best websites I've seen out there
