Got my 2 x 9 tube a couple of weeks ago. It's really nice quality, thick walled, wide flange at base. Has a nice valve at the top that holds vacuum after you remove the pump hose. You can release vacuum by partly unscrewing the valve. Cost was $70.00 but it is quality and should last till I hopefully outgrow it. Can't say yet whether I recommend pumping (ask me in a couple of months whether it works), but if you want a quality tube, NW Pumpworks delivers.
