If you want to start workingout to get muscle weight gains, I can't reccomend enough Arnold Schwarzenegger's book, "The New Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding."
This sucker is 800 pages and rivals large metropolitan phone books in size. It has every excersize imaginable, sample workouts, diet information, and more pictures than a national geographic magazine.
Go to Amazon.com for the best price. I know this sounds like an advertisement for the book, but it is the bible of bodybuilding. Oh, and don't think it's just for the big muscleheads on Venice Beach... it's information and content is geared for even your occasional gym-goer.
