I have continued to do maintenance PE for the last six months with ocassional short 30 day spurts of special exercises trying to break the plateau with no luck. I still claim the 8.75" elbp but is obtainable on good days. I still would like to reach my 9" goal(my dreams for 35 years was 10") and don't want any more girth.
Started self developed program 11/27/99, started pay prog(bacchus/reece)1/19/00, started reading forum 3/1/00, saw no gains while on pay prog. so stop pay prog. 5/1/00.
