Ok guys here you go. Bib asked me to give a review with all the pros and cons and holding nothing back. I hope this will answer some of your questions and also help with the learning curve when you finally do get the hanger. I hope many questions might be answered ahead of time with this post as well.

Pros. I used to hang with the old modified bib. I was up to 12 pounds but was having problems increasing weights and the number of sets. The reason is that in order to prevent the device from not slipping I would have to tighten so much I was afraid I was really going to damage my penis. I was getting pretty bruised up on the shaft and some marks on the head as well. So I had lots of problems hanging 4 or more sets. Now with the new hanger all of those problems are gone. I can hang set after set after set. Because there is a larger surface area for the hanger to attach to the penis, not as much pressure is required. Additionally it is not as sore because the area is more spread out area.

With the old hanger I would have to unscrew it and then re-wrap and re-attach which was a totally pain in the ass. With this hanger I can do that in less than a minute with no problem whatsoever. The wing nut is one of the best features by far since I can adjust so easily and even release pressure once the hang has begun.

There are times when I remove my penis and it is much fatter. I think this hanger may help me add some girth too. So the pro is that it is more comfortable and much easier to adjust with less bruising etc.

Cons. Without question the biggest problem is that it is too big. If there were a smaller version it would be awesome. But this thing took bib so long to get going there is no way a smaller one is going to happen. Besides, after much trial and error I have found that is works and don't have a problem making the adjustments. What I mean is this. My flaccid size is 4.5 if I use a tape and measure the hang, if I lift it perpendicular it is 3.75-4. The problem with the size is that it is easy for the head to fall into the hanger when I hang. With the help of Phat I solved the problem. Now this will be the single greatest advice I can give about the hanger and should answer many many questions. What I had to do is wrap all the way to the base and then pull out a little and wrap more etc. In doing this I created more flaccid length for the hanger so I can put it on further back from the head so it will not fall inside. You still have to pull the skin out from under the hanger before you tighten all the way, or it will stretch your skin more than the ligament, as well as be uncomfortable. Now without question this is the best advice. I am telling you guys that if I did not learn this I probably would not be able to use the hanger at all.

When you start with the hanger you will not be able to hang the same amount of weight as the old hanger. I was at 12 with the old one and had to start at 7.5 with the new. I am only at 11 pounds now and that is months later. However, this is not a big deal to me cause the most important thing is the stretch and it is a whole different stretch and much more effective.

Now the other problem is finding the right adjustment. The hanger is designed to fit any shaped penis so it has an seemingly infinite number of adjustments. The hanger has two pieces attached by bolts and screws. There are two main adjustments, the relationship between the top gap and the bottom one, and the relationship between the front and back (bib calls this toe in or out). Now in the instructions it says that the top gap should be a little closer than the bottom one. This is so the pressure is mostly on the middle to upper part of the penis. In order to achieve this I had to increase the amount of wrap (theraband and ace bandage) to add more girth. I am about 4.125-4.375 in flaccid girth.

Then you have to find the right toe in or out position. Now my point is that both these settings are easier said than done. You have to hang with light weights and try one setting. Then make one adjustment and hang again etc. This can take many attempts to find the right setting and can be frustrating. However, now that I have the right setting I don't have any problems anymore. I can hang comfortable over and over and over and the only problem I have is that sometimes I have to take it off re-wrap and move the hanger further down the shaft and away from the head. Other times I need to just loosen the hanger and move it further down the shaft away from the head and don't need to re-wrap. It does stretch the skin in a different way than the old hanger. The foreskin does go over the head while hanging and I noticed more skin in the flaccid state. I think this will help with my non bone pressed measurement.

Conclusion.
What I am saying is that in the beginning it is a hassle to find the right setting. However, now that I have it I really wonder what the problem was. I think the biggest change was wrapping the base. That made all the difference. The hanger is awesome and much more comfortable. I can hang more sets without any of the problems from the old hanger. I think that soon I will be able to increase the weight above and beyond my previous weight. If you are going to hang it is well worth it and I can't imagine a better hanger.

I figured keeping the reviews of the bib hanger in the same thread would be good. Great review Dance.

Pros:

I can hang now with more weight than I ever could with anything else I have tried in the past year and a half.

The only thing that stops me from increasing the weight, is the stretch is just too much, not because of burning, pinching, numbness or other problems with other hangers.

The amazing thing is the amount of time it takes to put it on and off. Just squeeze the hanger and flip the wing nut and it's off in a few seconds!! A truely great design in that regard.

The design is so heavy duty that it could last a lifetime. Must weigh about a pound just by itself.

The construction of it is not too complex so that it can be disassembled and cleaned easily.

The instructions...I tried to rewrite them a few times myself but could not come up with much better than Bib had already done. Then wx comes along and really made a lot of sense out of everything as a whole. Definitely, definitely, definitely, did I say definitely yet?, read the instructions and go by them. Being an experienced hanger I just went ahead and used the hanger like any other I've tried and got really frustrated with trying to find the right adjustments. Most of the problems you will face are answered in the instructions somewhere, at least that's what I found out.

Cons:

Tough to come up with any.

The interior padding may wear over time if you're careless with it.

The biggest problem I found at first was myself not using the instructions to my benifit.

The size of the hanger might be a problem, Dance covers this well in his review.

The variety of adjustments is the biggest negative of the hanger (which also makes it more universal, therefore also being the most positive aspect of the hanger). Toe-in, toe-out, up and lower gap, position in the well. These need to be read and reread a few times in the instructions to get a good grasp as to what they do... definitely go by those instructions!!

Wrapping:

I had trouble finding the right wrap for me. Like Dance I needed to wrap more to increase girth slightly and tried a variety of things. Best 2 ways I found to wrap. First, theraband by itself, a few layers. Second way was a strip of really soft sweatshirt material on the first layer and theraband layer on the second layer with a little piece of tape. I just roll them up like ace bandage while I'm warming up with my heating pad and they go on easier that way. I now use the sweatshirt wrap all the time.

Wrapping as far down to the base, as Dance mentioned, would be advisable. WHEN you start growing you'll be able to move the hanger back from the head for more comfort.

Definitely a GREAT buy in my book.

Good Luck and be careful.

I haven't posted for quite sometime for numerous reasons. However, I did reach my PE goals in one year thanks in large part to Bib. I stumble upon PE like many of you by surfing the original hubbard sight.

I gained 2 inches in less than a year!!! AND KEPT IT !!!!

After finding this site and getting simple hanger instructions from Bib I made a hanger that I could hang up to 15 lbs with relatively comfortable. This was Bib invention that he gave to everybody for free! He always said he could make one even better but it was difficult. So we hounded him and hounded him. Comfort is a crucial factor in hanging which, in my opinion, is the best way to permanently enlarge your penis.

So he made a couple of test models and I was one of the lucky ones!

Even though not the finished product this hanger was the most comfortable attachement I had dreamed of. I was able to hang heavy weight without pain of discomfort.

PROs : everything, you can make your dick bigger with this device without pain!

It works easily and quickly!

It the best Hanging device out there!

Allows much higher weights for advance hangers!

Sounds like Bib isn't charging what it's worth so it's a BARGAIN!

makes an interesting conversation peice when your daughter (3 y/o) brings it out to company! Just kidding(well actually)

Cons

None other than hanging takes time and dedication which is why I think many people don't hang, however those that do can enjoy the bigger fruits of labor for their lifetime and THERE ISN'T ANYTHING MORE COMFORTABLE THAN THIS HANGER!

For the suspicious, this is a completely unsolicited review of Bib's hanger by the original Soma. If anybody doubts the sincerity or my authenticity as Soma please test me!!

Thanks Bib,

Got mine today! Spent about 20 minutes initially getting it adjusted to me properly and all I can say is WOW! I love this hanger! Now that I have it semi adjusted it is VERY easy to get on and off. No more hassle with the nut driver! I just wrap, open up the hanger, put myself in there and snug down the top nut. Thought I might have to back off on the weight but after initial testing, was back to 12.5 lbs. So, tonight I got in a total of an hour hang time. I had made two of BIBs other hangers before, and this one by far is the most comfortable. Theres no twisting or pinching with this one either. Damn! I thought I'd settled back into a good routine but, now that I have this hanger I'm not yet sure what I'll be doing. Not sure if I want to hang twice a day for an hour or go with my original plan and do my girth routine in the a.m. and then hang at night. Well, I'll figure it out. Keep ya guys posted. SWM.

I recieved my Bib Hanger on Monday. I have used it all week and am using it now as I type this post.

I have been on a program for about 14 weeks. I have had gains of about .5 inches(from 5.75 EBL to 6.25). I had made a modifed Bib Hanger but it was just not working out. I am not the most mechanically talented individual and the version that I made was killing me. It was constantly slipping, producing way to much pain in the head and this was only at 7.5 lbs. I knew there was no way I would ever be able to hang 10+.

Well Bib has outdone himself. First off I now know that I was not really hanging correctly until I used Bib's Hanger. The stress is ONLY on the ligaments once you find the best setting and placement for you. This probably took me about 3 days of adjustments to figure it out. Now I can hang set after set if I wish with the only stress being on the ligaments where it should be.

I work as a programmer for a very small ******** company. Well we are way behind schedule and I will be staying and sleeping at the office to catch up some days during the week. I am going to take this oppurtunity to multi-task and hang while I work after others go home. I am going to try to get 4 hours hang time for every workout.

I can't put in words what I feel about this product. Simply put it is amazing. The time and effort Bib has put into this has resulted in an amazing product. I fully believe that the unit is WAY underpriced. Anyone that is interested in hanging has got to look into Bib's product.

Thanks BIB !!!!!!!!

June 10, 2001 will go down as a historic day for PE - The day Bib's new hanger became available for purchase.

After using my new Bib hanger several times now I can enthusiastically say it is excellent. I feel well qualified to review the product since I have over 8 months of hanging experience using a basic Bib hanger. I gained 3/4 inch in erect length using that device. I knew, however, that I had maxed out the effectiveness of that design in terms of weight hanging capability and comfort.

As others have said:

* It is very comfortable

* It is extremely adjustable

* I can remove mine in about 3 seconds

* Build quality is excellent

* The padding is perfect

* The weight is evenly distributed over a large surface area

* The design avoids the problematic nerve area just behind the head

* I notice better blood flow while hanging since the new hanger requires less "squeezing pressure" to stay on

Outstanding product Bib!

Hi bib,

I just received the hanger in the mail. Can't wait to try it on.

For those who want to know, it is a very well built piece of equipment. Solidy and Sturdy!

Before I hang, I wanted to ask some questions that may seem ignorant. (I have never hung before.)

What percentage of an erection should one have while hanging?
I mean 50%, for example? Or completely flaccid as can be?

Is it advisable to wrap the Bib at least a half inch away from the head? (leave the nerves below the head out of the Bib)

--------------

Last question: How about jelqing in relation to the Bib?

Should one jelq a few minutes before hand?
Or should this be saved strickly for after hanging to get great circulation going again?

Thanks again Bib

Cal Man32, I too am new to hanging and had many questions as to use of hanger. You'll be well served to go back to the "Bib Hanger" order page and click on the product guide. Very good set of instructions to print out and read. Also, pay heed to Dance's above post on how to wrap-it makes a huge difference in comfort. Not only can I echo the compliments proceeding this on the quality and ease of use for the product itself, but the instructional information provided on the site is indespensible for a hangin' newbie like myself. Well layed out and makes a nice reference packet. Thanx, Bib. groaboa

Cal Man,

How are you?

First, go to the website and read the instructions a couple of times. You need to know what you are doing before you start.

Always hang completely flaccid. There are exceptions to this, but I do not want to get into it now. You need to be totally flaccid when hanging any significant amount of weight.

You do not wrap the Bib. You wrap your penis. Joke right? Start at least a half inch behind the head and wrap at least three inches toward the base. Then, when you attach the hanger, do so about a half inch behind the start of the wrap or at least a total of one inch behind the head.

It would not hurt to jelq a little before hand. But not much.

***Originally posted under "Got My BIB...thread. Didn't get too much notice the first time and Bib deserves all the praise from everyone(also has been edited due to pic of BIB hanger in action)*******

First of all, I want to say that this thing is the most comfortable hanging method that I have ever used!! No more noose-stuff for me! Anyway, my only complaint is minimal: 1) I lost one of the nuts that attach the blue strap the first day, so I had to go buy some extras. I guess as I did my jumping jacks :-) the nut loosened and fell off. Also lost a washer. Solution: I will keep extras on hand. Thanks again a thousand times over Bib. And thank your wife too. I know from personal experience that PE is not something that all wives/GF's can understand, let alone live with.

Ok, I posted about how great the prototype Bib hanger is not too long ago. Last week I received the production model and to my surprise it's better than the prototype.
I didn't think it could be improved but Bib made some fine tuning adjustments that made the best hanger out there............even better!!!
What I like most is the rubber (or something like rubber) coating and internal ergonomics. They make this hanger so comfortable I can hang without wrapping......something formerly impossible or at least uncomfortable!!
The asthetics, ergonomics and quality construction make the Bib hanger the best hanging device I have seen or heard of in over two years of hanging.

The agony of foam insulation and a pipe clamp are but a distant memory much like the frustration of cutting up a swim cap, or the head numbing loop method.

Don't torture yourself like I did for hours on end. If you hang ( which is the only thing that has given me PERMANENT RESULTs ) you should be using this hanger!!

Well, I just got mine yesterday, and my first hanging session with it was awesome!!

I haven't hung in six months (and even then didn't do it much) because it was uncomfortable and a pain in the ass. I got the Bib Hanger to fit great right off the bat and was hanging 5 pounds for one 20 minute session and did 7.5 pounds for the second 20 minute session. No pain, was easy!

I only used a little swim cap material to wrap and that was sufficient. I may try to go like Soma and go without wrap next time to make it even easier to do.

Guys, if you have ever considered hanging, get this hanger!!! I am really hoping to get some great results now. With this great hanger, all past excuses are out the window!!

Thanks Bib!!!

I guess I could be considered a First-time hanger as never really done it before seriously (a bit of swimcap at 2.5kg now and then)

Have had it on for two 20 min sessions so far, VERY comfy, virtually forgot it was there. Am beginning very low, 1kg, to be gradually increased to allow for inexperience. Easily removed, no discomfort, and the pull feels good (although gentle at this weight)

Makes hanging a work of art.

I have had my hanger a couple of weeks now and am very pleased with its performance. All I am using to wrap with is a strip of brown computer foam the kind that ram chips are shipped between cut to about 2" by 12". My favorite hanging routine is strapping up to my bowflex before bedtime. The new Bib hanger is great for this. I am hesitant to say this, and want to preface it by saying it took me a long time to work up to this amount of tension and I only hang this much "weight" straight out or up.
But my new hanger is so comfortable and good that I can use between 40 and 45 "bowflex power rod pounds". I don't think that there is any way that can be the true weight I am "hanging". But I am really blown away that I can be comfortable for 15-20 min at this tension in any case. I think this is what it is going to take for me to shock myself past a plateau that I have been stuck at. Think in fact I may be seeing the first evidence of a length increase, maybe close
to 1/8" fsbpl. Not that much but youv'e got to take into account that I've been stuck for a few years at my present length after having gotten an easy couple inches early on.

hey guys,

i just got my bib hanger (regular-size) this week. i'm hoping to have some really good hanging sessions this weekend. i've been very inventive about hanging stuff from my cock (and balls) for many years, but was often frustrated. but now, i have the bib, and i'm psyched.

i'm currently 7" x 6" (non bone pressed), and i've gained about an inch in both length and girth with my haphazard but still fairly rigorous regime of pumping, jelqing, and attempts at hanging.

my question is this, in order to speed up the learning curve with the bib, is there anybody in the washington dc, suburban maryland, or northern virginia area who's another bibhanger?

i would love to get together so you could show me some of your tricks. i live alone in downtown dc (10th and o streets, nw), and can have you over no problem. of course, by phone or e-mail will work too, but i thought in person would be the best way for me to learn.

i want to clairfy that this is not about sex. i am gay, but am not at all interested in getting together with you for that reason. actually i consider myself bi, though i have never had sex with a girl (go figure). i am totally cool with other gay guys, bi guys, and straight guys. i've gotten together with a lot of other vacuum pumpers (it helps pass the time, right?), and i figure hanging's gotta be a bit the same.

I'm looking for something I can wear under clothes to stretch all day long. My idea is to attach something elastic, like bungie cord or something, to the Bib Hanger, and then wear it all day. Is the Bib Starter small enough to wear under a suit? I'm not opposed to weight hanging, but I work very long hours, and after working and going to the gym, I usually have to hit the sack in order to get 6-7 hrs sleep. If this isn't the solution, does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.
