Well, here we go. I do not have a clue what to expect. The hanger is ready and the website is ready. I still have not made a decision on what to do about credit card orders. I thought I was going with Pay Pal. But people either really like it or hate it. So for those who absolutely must use a credit card, stay tuned. You will still have the two weeks at $65 when I find a reasonable company. I do not know when that will be. But I am going to start shipping them out to those who wish to use money orders. If you want to send a personal check, I guess it is ok, but I will wait till it clears to ship.

I wish I could send out these things to everyone for free. I would feel a lot better about it. But I just cannot do it.

This has been one hell of a ride to get to this point. As you might imagine, I could not have done this without a lot of help. It was not a one-man show. I personally gained a lot from the use of various homemade hangers. But they were built by me, for me, only. They were not universal. It took a lot of cooperation, communication, and help from a lot of great guys to finish this thing. The result is a hanger that is not only fairly universal, but that is better than the ones I hung with. I need to publicly thank a lot of people. Please bear with me.

I must admit, there were several times when I said to hell with it and quit. I am not a quitter, but this just took up too much of my time. Someone from the board always came along and got me going again. In the beginning it was Sean Jacobs. Man, I miss that guy. Been a long time since Sean has been here, and he is an impossible guy to replace on the board. He was the original tester and gave me really good input.

When Sean had to leave, I asked Phat and Soma to become testers. They have original hand made hangers that are not as good as the production models. I miss Soma also. I guess he is still building his house. Also, I think he is as big as he wants to be. He gave really good honest evaluations. Good suggestions. He also helped a lot of people on the board.

If I wrote all night, I could not say enough good stuff about Phat. What a guy. I wanted Phat as a tester because he presented a challenge: started big, uncut, and no gains. What I got was a saint. Phat has a production model (as well as an original). If he keeps growing, he may need both of them. This guy has literally written volumes to me in emails about the hanger, and everything concerning it. He was a tremendous help with the instructions. He took the crap that I always write, figured out what I was trying to say, and turned it into something that others can understand. He has the patience of Job. IMO, if anyone deserves all that is good in life, it is Phat. When all was darkest, he is the dude that remembered to bring the flashlight.

Dance, Cruisin, Growing. Also testers. All of them helped with the instructions. When they found a problem with Bibspeak, they fixed it in a way anyone can probably understand. All of them had the patience to work with the hanger, understand how it works, and help me put it into words. They all provided a different viewpoint and made me see the errors of my ways. Thanks guys.

Then after all the language was put together, wx waved his magic wand and made the instructions not only workable, but a work of art, IMO. Wx is one of the members with the most tenure on the board. I believe he was there in the beginning when Tom Hubbard started the first board. He has always been around lending support and guidance. When he received the instructions, after all of the changes and additions, he found a mishmash. Good ideas, but no real organization and flow. He took the product of several authors and turned it into something I find remarkable. I never envisioned anything of this quality. He is a true professional with a lot of talent. Then, after the material was up on the web, he went in and made the website not only presentable, but professional quality. In a million years, I could never have imagined it could look this good.

I cannot say enough about Big Al (BA). I am sure he became tired of my endless questions about the net and e-commerce and the best ways to market the hanger. He always has good ideas and has never refused to help me, even when he has had his own problems and time constraints. He has literally walked me through setting up the web site and even posted the files to the site for me. A truly great guy. I have never been to his website, much less purchased his program. But this made no difference to him. It is easy for me to understand why the members of his site like it so much. It is his dedication and perseverance. If not for his help, I would probably have given up trying to get this thing on the web.

My wife and family deserve a tremendous amount of credit. The countless hours I put into this project either were robbed from my business or from my family. It was a sacrifice. My wife at least understands the reasons for seeing this through and has hung with me (figuratively). I hope actually making and sending out the hangers is less work than the development of the thing. If it is too big a hassle, I will have to turn it over to someone else.

Lastly, I would like to thank all the guys (who asked me to do this) for their patience. Many of them have probably gained all they want and no longer need a hanger. Or they lost the board for one reason or another. I regret that those guys will not benefit from this hanger.

Please do not post any specific questions about the hanger in General Discussion. I would like to have only one thread with the link to the website in ‘The Review’ section where it should be. That way, GD will not become clogged up with BibHanger specific questions. Feel free to ask any general hanging questions in General Discussion as always.

The instruction page has some pretty good information which may be beneficial for hanging no matter what type of hanger you are using. Anyone is welcome to read this info for their personal use, whether they buy a hanger or not.

As I said above, I do not know what to expect. If I receive 200 orders within the first week, it will take me a while to fill them. I have the time right now to make quite a few. But it will still take a couple weeks to fill that many. I will send them out in the order that I receive the orders. If I do not get many, I should be able to send them out the next day. I have about twenty made right now.

Finally, let me say this: Hanging is not for everyone. Some do not have the privacy. Some do not have the time. Some do not have the patience. Just buying a BibHanger is not going to make your penis bigger. There is no magic here. It will take time, effort, dedication, and tenacity. If you have the time and privacy, hanging can be good because you can do many things while hanging. Just put on the weight and relax while watching TV, talking on the phone, reading, surfing, needlepoint, etc.. If you are not going to use it, and use it correctly, keep your money. Without the other elements, you will be disappointed, and poorer.

Also, if you have never hung before, you can still make your own hanger from the instructions in the personal routines section. Make a good one that fits well. Then try out hanging for a while to see if you like it. If so, and you think you will stick with it, then buy one later.

And now without further ado, after only thirty years, I would like to present: the BibHanger at:

Well I just sealed my envelope, and if I'm lucky, in about a month I'll never have to worry about a weighted metal hose clamp slipping past my head again! I just wanted to tell you a couple things about the web site.

1) It wasn't totally clear who personal checks should be made out to, BH Ltd I assume?

2) The order page says "Please print the order form on the next page..." but the order form is on the same page, so when I clicked submit (which does what?), I was expecting a page I could print out. Not a big deal, but slightly confusing.

3) More crosslinking would be helpful in the Product Guide page. There are lots of references to the picture page and other terms ("toe"?) which are described elsewhere.

Good use of the "scare but dare" warnings/encouragements on the first page. Straight shooting is so much more refreshing than "Gain 2 inches in two weeks!". Some quotes from satisfied customers may still be helpful, I'm sure I'll have something good to say.

The design blew me away! I've been sketching possible hangers, but this one has so many cool features I was amazed. I can't really tell from the pictures what the "head well" is, or how the hinge works, but there is enough there to see that it is an interesting work of engineering, well worth the $65. Speaking of $65, to hear other members of this board talk about how cheaply constructed the things like the penisstretcher and max extenter are, and how much they cost, it sure seems like $65, even $100 is a super deal. Perhaps it will help you make up for it in volume.

I did a little experimenting with cutting the silver TheraBand, and now I know why you are wondering about how to do it well. I got some super sharp scissors, but can't make clean cuts yet, I'm still trying.

Thanks again for all your hard work!

I started hanging weights in Jan of 2000. I started out with the loop method and shortly afterwards figured out I had to do something different. I luckily found this E-Zboard and started reading the posts of other hangers. There wasn’t a lot to choose from that I could tell, 1 or 2 popular ones you could buy off the net or make your own homeaide Bib hanger which seemed to be the choice of the members of this board because of the expence and also limitations of max weight with the factory ones. So I built my bib hanger and hung weights for a few months. Increased weights with caution and maxed out with the amount I could hang without to much pain. I consulted with bib and he recommended making the modified Bib hanger, which I did and things were better for several more months. Into around my 8th month of hanging 12lbs another problem arouse. I am uncut and the foreskin underneight was very sore, discolored and the underneigh side of my head was sore and turned a dark color and after another month was a scab like thing about the size of the end of my little finger. I had to quit hanging for a few weeks because of home situations and probably was a good thing. After 3 weeks off all color returned to normal except for a slight sign of the donut. I started back hanging and reached the 12lb mark again only to find I couldn’t gain more weight because of pain and the scab was coming back. I quit hanging again for a rest and was waiting for the new Bib hanger. On 4/13/01 I received the new Bib hanger and started hanging again at around 10 lbs. At first pinching was a problem. I made a few adjustments to the hanger which only takes a couple of minutes with the wing nut adjusters. The adjustments relieved 75% of the pinching problem but about every forth hang I was getting pinched on top. So I read the dang instructions again and found the problem I had created. I had tightened the adjustable strap as short as you could make it which prevented me from opening it up all the way when I was putting it on which didn’t allow me to get all the to the bottom and therefore I was getting pinched on the top. I loosened it up a little and was able to get into it deeper which alieved the pinching problem. Today is 6/12/01
that’s 2 months with the new hanger and have gained weight up to around 14 lbs., 2 lbs. more then ever before. The dark color is coming back but not nearly as bad and goes away after a couple of days of rest.

Without a doubt this is the best hanger I have ever used, I am hanging more weight then ever, more comfortably. My flaccid length to use the Bib hanger is under the recommended size by an inch but I am still successful with using it. It will be great when I do gain more flaccid as I will be able to move the hanger to different positions resting the other. Putting it on is lot simpler then the earlier home built hangers, no more nut drivers for tightening as the new hanger has wing nut. I can put it on in less then a minute and a half and take it off in less then a minute. The hanger is very versitle as I am hanging in five different directions to stretch different areas. I hang straight down and use a rope and over my right leg then left leg, then over the shoulder and also have a pulley at the back of my computer desk which gives a pull straight out. The hanger seems to be built of very sturdy material which in my option should last a person several years of heavy use.

GmG,

1)Yes

2)wx fixed the order page. I think it is ok now. The submit thing sends me an email to let me know what to expect. How many I need to be making. Or how far behind I will be.

>Good use of the "scare but dare" warnings/encouragements on the first page. Straight shooting is so much more refreshing than "Gain 2 inches in two weeks!". Some quotes from satisfied customers may still be helpful, I'm sure I'll have something good to say.<

Underpromise and overdeliver.

>I did a little experimenting with cutting the silver TheraBand, and now I know why you are wondering about how to do it well. I got some super sharp scissors, but can't make clean cuts yet, I'm still trying.<

I cut it with a sharp serrated knife. Simply fold it in half lengthwise and tape it together. With the Thera on a table, place your hand on it with a lot of pressure. Then slip the knife in the fold and rip it. Each rip will cut only a few inches at a time. It is a little hard to get started, but once the first cut is made, it goes fairly easy. Fold each piece in half again, tape again and cut. Makes 1.5 in. wide strips.

Phat measures it and marks where to cut. Then he uses tin snips. Heavy duty. He said it works really well.

I've been frequenting the board since around 1-00 and though I've been sporadic at best about PE, I'd like to just take this opportunity to say:

"Thanks BiB......for everything"

All the advice, posting and REposting all of the 'classic' hanging literature through the trying troll days and everything.

I remember when the subject was first raised about actually manufacturing and selling these things, its been awhile, but it looks well worth the wait. I'd also like to say congrats, and I wish you the greatest success in this endevour, you deserve it man.

As soon as I've got a few extra $$, I'll be placing my order, thanks to cruisin's post about being below the min reccomeded size......

cruisin1, seems like you´ve been hanging a lot, have you made any good gains, lenght-wise and girth-wise?
