This is what I'm doing untill further notice:

I think everyone who's serious about PE and gains should update their routines every couple months. So here's my updated routine: I am working strictly on girth now until I reach my goal of 6.75". As of the beginning of last week I use a twice a day (morning and night before bed) routine. It consists of an intense 15-20 minutes of power squeezes. I squeeze off at the base around 85-90ish erect and hold it for a 10 second count, switch hands and repeat. I do that for the first half of the 15-20 minutes. Then for the second half, I use the same level of erection, squeeze off at the base and right behind the glans with the other hand. Again holding for a 10 second count. I prefer to work in front of a mirror. Helps me see what I'm doing and it's awesome to watch myself get bigger while I workout. This is a four on one off routine. This is INTENSE! My penis feels very worked all week and stays plumper flaccid. No gains yet of course since I've just begun this routine. I feel working it twice a day keeps everything opened up and stretched. Keep in mind I've been doing this stuff for two years now and can put this much work into my routines. This much work as in twice a day 4 on. I've found my penis has adapted to intensity and I can squeeze incredibly hard unlike a year ago and not have to worry about injury. Keep it up!

what were your beginning stats ??
