View Full Version : about Big AL;'s program
Ive been researching this site for a while, and i picked up a lot of information from it. Unfortunately, too much info gets one confused. there are too many people with too many programs. i thought i would try out Big Als just because UISTRIKE seems to be a very knowledgable person in peing and he used it. NE ways...i also ordered another program i don't wanna mention... i returned that one.. i used it for 3 weeks, and i just didn't feel it working(i know it's short time.. but they promised results quick)... but Big al's really works.. the exercises are very unique, and i went from 5.5 to 6.8 in a matter of a few weeks.. i took a week rest from it, and the size is still there...Big Al your program ROCKS! i got every single penny's worth.. thanks a lot!
3 weeks no result vs. a few weeks 1.3 inches?
Will any program make that much a difference? No offense, just curious.
i agree w/ you.. i dont exactly know what happend... but ive stopped gaining now. im stuck at 6.7; i personally think it also has to do with the fact that i work out daily, im like 9% body fat, and consume a lot of protein. but like i said im not exactly sure, but im still at 6.7. so gains have stop for now. also with the program i started doin different exercises, and since i paid for it, i took it more seriously.
hey Sub, if you read this plz e-mail me. i have to ask u something man. take care.
Hm...cant imagine how this should work.......
What should be the reason for this big difference?

I would imagine that if you had stuck with the other program for the remainder of the time (original time + BA's program time) that you may have seen gains. I don't know if they would have been the same, less, or more, but you had probably reached the point of gaining when you switched.
Almost any program will work if you will follow it and stick to it. I have seen a few and like BA's. If you are going to spend money on one, it might as well be his. Not only is it probably one of the least expensive but also has great feedback and support. Also, he helps a lot of people here for free.
Once again, make your own choice. There are really only two types of forces at work: tension and pressure. It is the way they are applied and the scheduleing that are usually different (even if exercises are diff., they can still be classified as tension, pressure, or combination of the two). Just stick to it or it will never work.
Could someone post a link to it?
