I've been into PE for nearly a year and have had some decent gains, but nothing spectacular.

I was considering the entire PE practice and decided to check some surgical PE sites and check Dr. Douglas Whithead's site. On it, he mentions The Grip as a post op weight/stretch system.

I decided to purchase the 1 pound lead weight system that can be worn virtually all day. I mean, 1 pound is nothing when you're used to 8 pounds, right?

At any rate, The 1 pound weight system comes with a "sleeve" (looks like a really THICK condom) that the bullet shaped weight is inserted into and the rest of the "sleeve" is rolled down over the penis and worn in a velco equipped "harness" which goes arounf the upper leg (which means the harness can be worn under shorts).

It is very comfortable, not noticable and best of all.... this thing is really working! I can easily wear this rig basically all day long. After a while, you don't even notice you are wearing it. It's that comfortable.

I am not advocating low weight stretching solely... I am convinced it is very necessary to wear 5-8, or more more pounds, as I do in the morning for 45 mins or an hour, schedule permitting, and again at night when possible... but I am saying that in the 4 months I've been wearing the 1 pound weight almost all day long, I'm now seeing a real increase in penis length.

I am very pleased with the result of long duration, low weight stretching and I hope some will try this. If for some reason you hate The Grip company, then use your imagination and find some other way to comfortably wear at least 1 pound of weight for 8-12 hours/day (but of course, break into this regime slowly and carefully).

I bet you will be very surprised and pleased with the results!

I'm now a tic shy of 7 inches soft, all the time (unless cold, of course).

I think low weight/long duration wearing might be a real answer for some, if not many!

Try it.

8andclimbing,

Just this week I've begun experimenting with my own low weight all day hanging contraption. I'll see how it goes. If you're almost 7 inches soft/flaccid now, what were your flaccid measurements before you started using THE GRIP over the past four months? If you've made a lot of flaccid gains, how much credit would you give to the GRIP itself? Have a good one!

The ULR to The Grip Company's weight sleeve is http://www.thegrip.com/grip/asp/asp_products.asp

I wish I kept more accurate measurements when I started PE about a year ago but I'd say I've gained approximately 1 inch erect and approximately 1.5- 1.75 inches flaccid. I was "relatively happy" with my erect length but wanted more flaccid length because that's the "first impression" a woman gets of your cock when you drop trou. I've been very satisfied with the products I bought from www.thegrip.com but there are plently of other companies that make a quality product.

Jelquing and pumping have been a help but using the heavy weights has been, in my opinion, the most beneficial in erect size increase. The 1 pound weight and weight and sleeve has absolutely been of the most help in increasing the flaccid size of my penis. I'm pretty much happy with things as they are but all go for the extra half to 3/4" in flaccid size and any further increase in erect length is icing on the cake.

Hope this is of some help.

i've never seen the grip first hand, but i have always considered making a similar device out of a bike intertube. the trick would seem to be in finding just the right diameter, and then just sealing up the other end of the tube section. i am also trying to work out the details on a device that will use suction, applied only to the head, to hold a weight on. does anyone have the url of the commercial product?

that spell check is sweet.
