cock ring for growth?

I recently read a thread where a p.e. practitioner wears a cock ring all day, sometimes all night. I've read on a penis pump manual (that was from a physician's office for impotence) that leaving the restriction ring on for more than 30 minutes can cause problems to the circulation in the penis and possibly cause other problems. What is the real deal with this? Does wearing a restriction device for extended periods of time promote growth?

I use a cock ring after my PE routine. You must take precautions not to cut off circulation, or then you will have a problem. I wear it for one hour, some times more after a workout to keep my penis engorged with blood. A general idea among PE'ers is that a well balanced post pe routine can have as much of a benefit as the PE routine them selves, and a cock ring is one of them!

The type of ring that is in the impotence kits are those that fit snugly on the shaft only. This causes fairly severe restriction of the circulation of the shaft. I think the pe practitioners you refer to are using the type that go around the shaft base and sac. The circulation restriction is only partial in this case assuming a correct fit.
