I'm starting to understand the basics ie. warm-up, stretch, jelq etc...but (forgive my newbieness and silly question) I haven't seen anything on how best to measure. Does it matter what kind of tape you use? Do you measure from top or bottom, or side? How exactly do you measure girth, and at what point? (base, head, middle?) I got FL, EL, FG, and EG, but what is ELBP? and how do you figure it?
Thanks for any help. I'm really excited to get started, but I want to journal my growth.

EL can be bone pressed elpb (or bpel).
or non bone pressed elnbp (or nbpel).
Bone pressed - the ruler is pressed firmly till you hit bone and a measurement is taken. Unusually this is best done standing and the ruler just above the base of your dick.
Non bone pressed is taken again above the base of your dick but the ruler is placed lightly against the skin.
Many guys feel that the bone pressed reading is like cheating. But I suggest you get over that because the non bone pressed is subject to many more variables. Bone pressed will give you measurements that you can more readily follow your enlargement progress. Non bone pressed measurements do have the value in that they give you an index of the change in the visual effect of your penis. However most of us find that our non bone pressed increases are slower. eg growing your shaft 2" bpel but the nbpel only Ingres's by say 1 1/2" such things are common as it may take the skin over your shaft sometime to catch up with the shaft increase.
