Greetings all. I am so pleased with the progress I've had with "staying power" I just cant stop talking about it! Am I the only one on this forum that had a problem like that? If anyone else noticed a significant differrence in the length of time they could engage in sex I would like to hear about it. I've been at PE for a little over three weeks and am now pissed that it took a visit to the Doctors office and Penis exercise was dead last on the list for improvement for my problem. In any event if there is anyone out there who suffered from this and have insights into how to better exercise than please sound off.

I'm not exactly sure why it would do so actually. Two things that come to mind are that you may be desensitizing your penis a bit (in which case, don't overdue it) or, if you are including kegels in your regimen, than the PC can hodl back more easily.

I'll wager that it's probably increased confidence though! There's something extremely liberating about realizing that you aren't stuck with what you were born with.

I'll wager dollars to donuts that the porn industry has been hiding this from us for years - note the strange look that many porn-peckers have: the discoloration towards the head, the veins sticking out everywhere, the puffy reddened look. The evidence is right there on the screen.

Bastards. I'm ~really~ pissed about that. Media industries are generally pretty evil, but how much more uncool could one be?

Pamdaga, I got into PE because of a premature ejaculation problem. I would suggest that two minutes after penetration is far to soon to 'loose it'. As for the size issue I'm happy that I have what I do, however, if by doing PE I'm able to increase my package then I'm all for it. How long you been doing the exercises?

It seems I read somewhere that most guys last 1-3 min and most women require an average of 4 min of penetration. I think the average couple overlap enough to get the wife to cum only about 1/2 or 1/3 the time.
