Started PE August 1st... 08\01\02 = 6" x 4.25
08\10\02 = 6.5 x 4.5 !
09\01\02 = 7 x 4.5

hehe ok rutuine is
5 minute hotwrap
i do 1 60sec stretch up,down, left , right, and thats it
5minute hotwrap again
then 20 minutes of jelqing
end with hot bath
i will say my rutuine now is alot rather different for various reasons,
but now i do
1 60sec stretch in each direction
20 minutes of jelqing but at the end i do a few horse squeezes(see thundersplace under horse squeezes) that rerally leave my cock FAT and plump for a long ass time but its dangerous you have to know your stuff i learned but at the expence of some pretty nasty blood spots on my shaft(gone now)
i dont do hotwraps anymore mainly for time issues but ill update in another two weeks with how this ruitine is coming out, Just keep it simple theres no trick or big secret , im sjut really hard on my dick lol everytime i finish my excersizes i have spots or at the begining i would get bruises but now im getting less and less and they usually go away within hours no matter how bad it looks...
be careful if it hurts stop, at no time did i ever hurt myself except on my first horse squeeze , but i learned fomr that i was lucky it could have been so much worse

wow i cant believe this i measured yesterday and ive hit the 7inch mark! in only 3 weeks !?! , well this is far more than i expected but damn im glad i gained quick because if i didnt i may have quit boefore i learned that it really does work!
also changing my ruitine a bit ,
mon, wed, fri, workout only do to the fact that my workouts are short and intense.
1 60 second stretch 1 up 1 down 1 left 1 right.
20 minutes of 5-7second jelqs, holding the squeeze at the end of each stroke for 5 more seconds.
at the end i do about 3 good horse squeezes and thats it im oging to allow a day in between each excersize to rest . cant wait to see how its going to work!,....
