View Full Version : Johans Routine (and gains)

I do 15 minutes of jelquing followed by 6 to 10 Horseys/Ulis 6 days a week. After that session I'm going to shower to complete AIS (or Johans;)) - 2 sec stretch / 2 sec recovery-release period. I do 'em this way nowadays (which I've found very effective:

First - 15 stretches I do circles. Alternating clockwise/counter clockwise + 1 min rest
Second - 15 in a "traditional" way = Forward,down,left,up,right... three times total (=15 repeats)
Third - 15 my "super circle" AI's using both hands. -> Grab my weenie with my left hand just behind the head. Right hand grab just above the base. Other hand does clockwise and other counter clockwise in rhythmic motion (3-4 circles in 2 secs).. This last set just really makes my lil'bro look loooong! You should also try these. Strongly recommended

Totalling 15/1min rest/15/1min rest/15 = (3*15)

Of course I do a few stretches whenever I have to pee. Have to remember wash my hands ;) :D

GAINS:
7/1 - 6.3" / 4.5" EBP
8/15 - 6.8" / 4.7" EBP
9/3 - 6.9" / 4.8" EBP

Nice gains. Keep up the good work, and thanks for sharing those stretches with us. I've been doing them at night, I no longer just grab and pull like hell... Hope my gains match yours.

My current routine:
6 on - 1 off
--------------------------------------------------------------------
* Hotwrap, 5 minutes
* Jelquing, 10 - 20 minutes
* Followed by Squeezes (Ulis, Horses and my own modifications) 5 minutes
* Shower and JAI-stretches for 5 minutes continuously (no sets anymore)
+ AI-stretches whenever I have to pee.

I'm still bending away :)

Not gonna post any gains until I measure on 10-4-02, that will have given me about 6 weeks of the bends, which should be a fair test. Things are looking good, I'm noticing some indicators that growth is there. I'd love to match jj's 6 week gains of 1" length and .75" girth, but I'll be happy with whatever shows up.

Johan, you said you stopped doing JAI sets. Doesn't your hand hurt after 5 minutes non stop?

Hey marco,
No, not really.. Maybe if I pulled as hard as I could, but doing JAI's I just stretch lightly. Actually I measured the day before yesterday and I'm finally in 7" inch club! Woo-hoo!!! :) I'm now Taking 2 week break from PE'ing.

End of last year went pretty much yawning and not concentrating on PE enough. Started more seriously again in the beginning of '03. Currently on 5on-2off routine doing 15-20minutes of PE twice a day.
