Well, As most of you can tell im new here. I've been PEing, for about 2.5 weeks now, and have had some great gains so far.
My routine is a basic one.
Once a day:
- 3-5 mins hot wrap
- 7-10 mins manual stretching
- 10 mins jelqing
- 3-5 mins hot wrap
At the end of the second week, Im gunna gradually add a little more intensity into my routine which hopefully will give me more gains.

I started out with 7" NBEL by 5" EG at the base and 5.25" EG at the midshaft
Although I haven't had any erect gains so far, I've had some great flacid gains which im happy with.
I gained about 1" Flacid length, .5" flacid girth at the base, and .25" flacid girth at the midshaft.

When erect its smaller at the base, so im hopeing that the extra .25" at the base flacid will turn into erect so that the girth is the same all the way down the shaft.

When beginning PE, I wasn't to sure about it, thinkng that it wouldn't work, but since I've seen the flacid gains, Im a true believer now.

I'll keep you posted on my PEing

It's very respectable already at 7 inches--- , also about where I started. Is that Non Bon Pressed.??

Most guys seem to be able to put at least an extra inch pretty easily, which I did. Its the second extra inch -- for us 8 heading to 9 inches NBP that I'm having difficulty with. I should update my Progress Record. It's here somewhere.

These forums are great support-- and just remember that we're all here for each other-- and not to rush to increase the work out too quickly.

The other thing I thought of just letting you know gently is that , especially early in the PE career, until you have been at it for a while, if you were to have a PE break now for several days and then measure, you might find that a lot of what you think you have gained might have gone again. That's not to say that it would have all gone, but to beware of the "temporary blow up effect" in the day or so following PE. The gains do become permanent, but always a bit less than the max just after PE. I can attest that this holds true even after 20 months of PE ---- with a few breaks in between.

If not already there, you also need to factor in some rest days, for reasons as I pointed out to Gandolf in another thread
