I don't know if this is alright by the moderators but I have pics of the original bruiser 180. It is from the diller.dk site that died years ago. I'm not sure if it infringes copyright or anything but if the moderators don't want it up just take this thread out.

I think it's better to see how it was done originally because there was so much confusion over erect bends.

Anyway the only explanation was as follows

*********************************************
1. Begin with approximately 80% erection.

2. Holding at base, rotate erection either clockwise or anticlockwise maintaining internal pressure and ensuring that underside continues to face up.

3. Place between thighs, with erection rotated 180 degrees.

4. Use thighs to hold in place. If more pressure required, squeeze ankles/knees/thighs together, creating high pressure within the internal tissues. Hold this position for approx. 2 minutes and repeat 1 to 4 for approx. 30 mins.
******************************************

At the bottom of the page it also had the following

"Images and text provided by Bruiser, so you know it's right. "

No pic link. Guess the didn't want it :(

For the record, I was never ever doing anything that brutal sounding to my dick.

The pics were there. I had moved this thread from GD before releasing pics but pic showed up in GD anyway. I may have erased them while trying to get them out of GD. Maybe Holmsy will repost.

Here it is again and brutal is the right word to describe it.

i've been doing them in the morning before i get out of bed, they seem to somehow lead to an easier lig pop when i stretch. so anyway are these mostly for girth? i'm doing them but don't know why.

Yeah the bruisers are for girth.Bruisers are great for that hard to get base girth. Only hanging gives you better base girth IMO.

I do a bruiser 360 variation. I do a 360 turn and closely monitor the twist with one hand and lightly pull the unit with the other.

It gives me quite a stretch and my girth looks bigger immediately afterward. It's tricky and dangerous; you won't overdo it I guarantee. It puts your unit in such a precarious position you won't abuse it but you'll definitely feel the work.

i started doing the 360+ before the bruisers, only i did them when 100% but just the twist, not the pull, or tuck and sit.

when you use your uli:
do you get hard , slip it on and then just wear it (i assume) around the house? i recall you saying you do several 10? minute sets.
i also wonder if it is better to start at the base and work up, or work from the head down?
thanks for the info and inspiration.
