current routine:
5 min warmup - in shower
5-10 minutes of maual stretching
15-20 min jelqueing
I don't hang, scared to injure my dick, not enough privacy time anyway.

I have gained 1" in length and 1/8" in girth in 8 weeks.
That is an average of 1/8" per week. Gains seem to be slowing up some, I'll be grateful if they continue at 1/8" per month. Oh, I lost some weight too!!!

On average 5 days. on the other days I do only piss pulls and maybe 40 or 60 jelq stokes just to keep the circulation going

I will ease up on my routine for the next week.
I had gradually worked up to 30-40 min jelq.
For the next week I'll decrease to 2-3 min twice a day along with 10 min manual stretch. And of couse pc excercises when I think about it.

I just measured post session and, ta da!!.......
7.875" FSLBP.
I didn't bother to work up a stiffie since this is mainly post pe pump, but needless to say I am very pleased as I take this as signs of permanent gains to come.
My erect measurements occaisionally get close to my new goal of 7.500 erect bp, but my girth has been stationary at 5.375".
As I stated elsewhere in these forums, when I get a consistent 7.5x5.5" I'll quit active pe and go to maintenance for a while. If I get my length before getting my girth I'll do girth exercises mainly and only do length stuff at what I guess will be just maintenance level.

I did a search on manual stretches and your post came up about having great success without hanging, just jelqing and manual stretches. I looked at your log and your gains are impressive. What exactly do you do for you manual stretches?

I've only been PEing about two months, but it seems like I've only gain just under 1/4" in length. How long after starting, did you really notice getting longer? Did you reach a point where that big ligament on the top of you dick finally gave in, then the gains came? In my case, that big ligament is tight SOB.

I just pull straight out with a firm palms down or palms up grip.
If I don't use an aid for gripping, it will probably be 15-30 sec stretchs at a time. I sometimes use latex exam gloves - excellent grip aid, or talcum powder. These stretches are typically 60 sec each. I stretch in 2-3 min sessions (since I find stretching tedious). I can get the 10 or so min a day in. Lately Iv'e added a between the cheeks stretch sested by vegetagd. I tried erect stretches but had a difficult time holding a good grip for more than 10 or 15 sec, occaisionally I try them out for fun. I usually find 10 min a day for a fowfer butt stretch. I think that manual stretching is a great way to gain length but it does have its drawbacks. On the upside it costs nothing and takes little time and is the ultimate stealth technique. On the downside it is tedious and gripping/slippage can sometimes be a problem.

Btw. my routine consists of 10-12 min stretching and 40-50 min jelq.

I will continue with my current routine for another two weeks then gradually work my way into a routine that I reckon will maintain length while possible getting an additional 1/4" in girth or so.
Current routine:
10 thirty sec stretch straight out
10 thirty sec stretch btc
fowfer 2 10-15 min tuck
jelq 45 min (3 sec strokes - about 900).

I'll be on vacation from 7/18 but back and reading the forum by 7/29. Since I will be shareing a hotel room with the wife and my 17 year old daughter little privacy for PE so I'll begin my maintenance routine while there (I'll peicemeal about 15 min of jelq a day 4 out of 7 days each week along with piss pulls and fowfers). It goes without saying that there will be little privacy for sex too but wifey and I will probably manage 2 quickies and maybe one good session if we are lucky somehow. cheers.

I am now looking only for girth gains although I wont be bothered by small slow length gains that may come along unintended. my routine is still 3on 1 off 2on 1 off (5/week).
stretch: basically only piss pulls now and 2 ten min fowfer tucks.
Jelq: reduced from 45-50 min (900-1000 3 sec strokes) to about 35 min (500 4-5 sec strokes).

Thank you for your kind words.
I am nearing the end of my active penis enlarging career unless my wife gets used to the new me (I occaisionall cause discomfort - pehaps once a month or so), or I can learn how to use it without hurting her. I am mainly in the hunt for just a little more girth.
If I had no limiting factors (wife not hurting) I would like to get 8.5x6.5 -erect measurements. I am currently 7.5x5.375. In addition to girth I am going to go into a more of an "enhancement " phase" of what I got. Namely working on flaccid hang and nbp length (which will have to involve some weight loss)

I'm also starting some weight stretching routine.. I specifically liked the one under the desk weight hanging.. that's what i'm talking about.. That way i can be sitting in my desk here working on my computer and getting a longer one.. because i also do more jelquing than stretching.. thickness is looking better than lenght.. check my pic posted under members pic and let me know what you think .. take care buddy , and go for it...

Still using the same routine posted above, I think I did get an increase in girth but not an amount that I could report (maybe 1/32"). So time will tell whether I will get any girth with this or whether I'll need to take the risk of doing horses or uli's or just decide to be happy with what I got. gained a little weight back too...shit!

Well after observing the wifes adjustment to the size and thinking things over I have decided to go ahead and go for 8" length and whatever girth comes along with it.
HOWEVER...
I am going to take a two or three month break from all pe first.
In fact, I am not going to resume my pe till I lose at least 15 lbs, or go down a pants size.
If I could simply loose enough weight I could go from a nbp length of 6.0 to 7.0 without increasing my shaft size at all!!!!
So my decision is to first improve my health, fitness and my nbp and flaccid appearance through loosing some fat.
I am 67" tall and weigh about 190#. My best weight which looks good on my frame without looking gaunt is 160-165#. So I ultimately need to loose about 30# but I'll take 15# at a time before I hit the pe program again. I will not be able to watch and post on this board without getting tempted to abandon my plan and start a program again so I'll still check in from time to time but I won't be the daily poster that I have been till now. Wish me luck guys, if my diet/exercise program goes as planned I'll be back full swing around Christmas or the first of the year.

Good luck on the weight loss/fitness plan. You're right. With the loss of some weight, the larger flaccid appearance will become more evident even without new substantial PE gains.
I am 6 ft, 1 inch in height, and I just dropped 10 lbs to bring me to 205 lbs. I'm pretty regular at the gym and have a decent amount of muscle, but the weight loss has already helped my flaccid size look even longer and thicker. I plan on dropping another 10 lbs over the next two months to get to 195 lbs. That's the weight at which I seem to look my best, according to my wife. Below that and I start to look too thin, especially in the face.
Your posts have been quite enjoyable, and I wish you well on your new goals. It will probably be difficult staying away from regular Forum posting. This whole PE process and the PE camaraderie is so addictive. Best to you.

I have been able to spend ALMOST as much time as always on the board and so far I have resisted the urge to get back into real pe. (only light piss pulls and fowfer's). I had the opportunity to make an observation the other night that some may find interesting or useful. Here goes:
Wifey was near ovulation time and therefore near the deepest in terms of cul de sac of the cycle. We were horsing around and got out an 8 x 5.25" dildo. I thought it would be useful to know how deep she would feed the thing in, assuming that she would instinctively insert it to its deepest comfortable depth. Well her deepest stroke left about 1.5" unused so in my wife apparently 6.5" from the vulva is her deepest comfortable (optimal depth) at at time in her cycle is the most accomadating of all.
Now with a bpel of 7.5 and nbpel of 6.0 I reckon that compressability of the fat pad over the crease at the base of the shaft will allow me to use at lest 0.75" of the "hidden" shaft for penetration for a depth of 6.75. Bottom line is that at my current size it is just about right for her even at her deepest and maybe a little long for her when she is shallow. This is reassuring for me in that I know that even if I fail to get that additional 0.5" when I resume, I'll still have a fair size tool for the job for her!!!

I will be interested in seeing how your gains will come after your well deserved break. I noticed that your girth gains seemed to stop about the same time you stepped up your routine to include more jelqing. I am wondering if you think that upping the intensity may have been partly responsible for the slowing and end of your girth gains. If you have read my posts you may know that I am hoping more rest and lighter work will be the key for me to start gaining.

For some reason I had a sudden spurt in girth. At that moment I had a goal of 8.5" bpel (I have revised the goal downward now to 8.0 BPEL) and was concerned that too fast girth growth might have slowed my length goal. I was doing some "jelq and hold" moves during that time that while effective i now consider a bit risky. They were also I thought giving me a slight baseball bat effect, so I cut them out and increased my stretching to improve my base size. the result is that my girth growth stopped and I ended with a fairly symetrical dick:
base 5.5
mid 5.375
behind head 5.25
I think that the question of less is more is not going to result in the same answers for everyone. I do agree that after a rest a kickstart in gains is likely to occur - probably at lower levels of effort. How long this will last is anybodies guess. I do think however that as time goes on and there is more tissue to work that there will be a general trend towards a need for more effort to get gains. I am unlikely ever to try a one off one on routine. Here's why:
When I rest and resume jelqing the discoloration is very evident for a day or two then after that it disappears (blends into a natural bronzing effect). So I only get discoloration after a rest not as long I am exercising daily. Good luck to you with your routine, be patient, unstressed but dedicated and consitent and you will get where you need to be.

I have not done as well as I would have liked. I have lost only about 6# so far. I know I said I would wait till I lost 15# to restart. I think I can loose another 4 before I restart again.
I do feel a whole lot better about myself in any case, my current clothes fit good I don't think I'll make it down to the next waist size jeans before I restart though. I promise to keep workin on it however. I really would like to decrease the depth of my pubic fat pad to 0.75" - currently its about 1.5" give or take a fraction. I stated that I needed to loose 30# - 24 to go. I am exercising more but not what I had originally planned. I think I'll restart during my wife's next period (I always get a lot of discoloration the first 3 days restarting after a rest) which should be in about 2 weeks.
My routine when I restart:
-DLD blasters
-10 thirty sec stretches
-400 three sec jelqs at 70% (divided into 2 minisessions) - may work the number up over 6 weeks to 900
-2-3 10 min fowfers
btw, I lost nothing so far.

After a 2 month rest and resuming for the last month, I was grateful to see a small gain of 1/8" in bpfsl. I did actually gain about a 1/16" in bpel but it was not consistent enough to report as an official gain:
For the year:
standing bpfsl 8.000 (+1.875)
standing bpel 7.500 (+1.625)
seated bpel 7.625
standding nbpl 6.250 (estimate +1.5)
flaccid hang 3.25-4.25 (avg = 3.75)
fat pad depth 1.5-1.625"
weight 195# (-13#)
I think that I am in a very slow growth cycle. I was hoping for more progress in girth and erect length. I will change up my routine.
routine till now:
10 min stretch (usually divided in two minsessions)
30-35 min slow jelq at 70% (+/-)
pc as I thought of them (not really enough)
I was totally neglectful of hot wraps.
New routine:
4 five min stretch sessions, 3 of them preceded by 100 kegels under tension. during the stretch 2 sec reverse kegels about every 10-15 seconds. I will do these 6 days a week.
I will try to include hot wraps more.
pc workout combined with strtches as outlined above.
jelq 300 slow jelqs at 70% (about 20 min). I will do these 5 days a week.
I may add some horses and uli's
4 ten min fowfers
I will try to loose about a pound a week and begin some more regular exercise. I am irregular in getting to the golf course or driving range.

I gained 1/8" inch in erect length and girth since restarting 11/2002, and 1/4" in flaccid stretch length. my nbp is slow to come along, but I am determined - a new years resolution.
routine:
4 sessions of stretching daily 5 min each preceded by one min of kegeling under tenshion, reverse kegel every 10 - 15 sec during the stretch. I do the stretches monday through sat.
Jelq 15 min, pump 5 min. repeat jelq/pump. I do this mon, tue, wed, fri, sat.
total rest day sunday.
I have neglected hot wraps and not consistent with fowfers.

current routine:
100 kegels under tension followed by 8 one min stretches rk'ing every 10 or so sec. I do three sets. (total pc work about 3 min, total stetch time 24 minutes)
15 min jelq then 5 min pump two sets for a total 30 min jelq and 10 min pump. (total jelq/pump time 40 min)
total time for pe 24+3+40= 67 minutes 5/7 days per week.
Still have been negletful of hot wraps and inconsistent with fowfer's.

It has been nearly 6 weeks since I reported. I think that rather than report on a time basis I will simply report when i get the next 0.125" in gain in length or girth. I could have reported a 1/16" length gain on the 10th of this month but I want to get away from putting time pressure on making gains. I think that I will be less apt to kid myself about the measurements that way. BTW My measurements have always been "best consistent measurement" by this It has to be a measurement that I get consistently (most days) allowing for differences in erection strength from day to day and pc pull back. I have always recognised that I may not always be able to get a "Best" measurement. However If I am regularly able to show it (nearly daily for several days) I feel I can report it. As such my last measurements are never "cemented" numbers. I do consider my second to last measurements "cemented". Still need to loose 33#.
Man if I could get my fat pad down to 0.75" that would be sweet
(I'd be showing 7.0"nbp).

The bad news is that I'm sending money to the IRS today
The good news is that I have gained now 2.25" in flaccid stretched length so far and 2.00" in erect length and 0.625" in erect girth

Routine: I have pretty much given up on pumping with the porn shop piece of shit 38$ pump I bought. I don't think it was a total waste however, I think I learned a few things. I might invest in a proper pump later, then again I might not.
Jelq (m,t,w,fr,sat off sun): four hundred 4-5 sec strokes (about 35 min)
I throw in a few random squeezes and bends, (nothing set yet).
stretch (m-sat off sun): 3 minisessions with 100 kegels under tension followed by 8 or 9 min of stretch. alternate hands each minute. RK every 10-15 sec. I throw in a few bundled stretches. I have not tried A or V stetches consistently.

I'm hoping that by july 1st I'll have a solid 8x5.5 and will take a well desereved rest for a bit, then plow on to my final goal of 8.5x"whatever". Thanks for the encouragement.

Without pouring through your stats and doing the math, have you found the difference between BPEL and BPFS to remain constant as you grow? Are you doing anything specific to ensure this, or do you feel it is just a natural occurence?

I have found that the bpfsl increases at a slightly faster rate, hence by the time I report a 1/8 gain in bpel, I had the bpfsl gain by a couple of weeks. Also I have gained 2.25 in bpfsl and opposed to 2.00 bpel in my pe career.

for the next several weeks. I just joined a fitness program. I'm determined to get a good start and stick to it. This will mean I have to split my time between work, the internet (read pe boards), getting fit, spending time with the family, and pe. I think I will drastically reduce my pe time as well, just enough to keep what I got untill my new exercise habit is thouroughly ingrained.
I'm thinking that its about time for a rest anyway. I'm basically good for only one obsession at a time. I don't have too far to go before I anticipate retiring from pe (aboiut 1/2" length more and whatever girth I get). So wish me luck on this aspect of Penis enhancement (reducing the fat pad). I will check in from time to time.
