all that really matters is that the hole in your penis head is too big. The rest of the urethra doesn't make a big difference. I'm sure you could get a stitch done at the opening or something ;) but without all the drastic measures, do this next time you cum: hold the bit where the cum comes out, pinching some of it closed. if you're standing up, you would be pinching off the bottom part of the opening using your thumb and forefinger.
