When i stretch i place my hand behind the head and pull like hell ( much like hte glossary says), i know most veterans suggest pulling the skin back, but i feel like i dont get the intense stretch in the ligaments at the base that i feel when i pull the skin along with my penis. Is this what i should be feeling or should i be feeling the stretch throughout the penis rather than the base? Is it neccessarily less effective for gains to pull the skin along with it or would you guys say not?

a response will be greatly appreciated

The only detriment I can possibly see is the potential to stretch your skin beyond what you desire. As long as you are confident you are feeling the ligs stretch and not just the skin, I'd say do whatever you feel comfortable doing :)

Wait a second...

are you saying: When you are stretching, you pull the shaft's skin along with the head so the skin sorta comes over the head of your penis like that of an uncircumsized one? Not totally covering the head, but just a little bit?

YOu'll work a lot harder if you pull the skin along with the glans. The stretching in the base youre probably feeling when you pull the skin along with is most likely the skin stretching. I'd personally suggest sticking to pulling by the glans with the skin pulled back. If youre not doing DLD blasters check em out in the General forum
