stretch in hot shower spray 5 min
wet jelqs 200-300 (1-3 sec)
dry jelq 20 reps per restroom trip about 100/day
restroom stretches 30-60 sec about 5/day

My routine has evolved a bit since that post.
I am up to 600-800 jelqs a day. usually 300 to 400 at a sitting and the the rest 100 a time throughout the day.
I stretch also throughout the day 2-3 sixty second stretches at a time for a total of 15 minutes of stretch. these are manual stretches pulling hard straight out. Dont jerk, just a good strong continuous pull. I haven't attempted hanging yet. Not enough time or privacy however I may end up doing some hanging if I reach a tough plateau. The first three months the gains came fast now they have slowed to between 1/8" or so a month in length.
but at the same time the length slowdown came I got great girth progress. Stats:
Start:12/10/2001
flaccd stretch bone pressed 6.125"
erect bone pressed 5.785"
girth (est) 4.785"
Now: 4/13/2002
flaccid stretch bone pressed 7.625"
erect bone pressed 7.313"
girth 5.375

Your jelqs: What % of erection fo you jelq at? It seems to me that you must do these at work, meaning you probably are doing them relatively flaccid.
I think you've got a decent routine there - lots of stretches and pressure throughout the day rather than once a day.

I thankfully have access to a VERY low traffic restroom at work, I can easily spend 5-10 min in a stall without raising any question.

This is due to the stealth aspect of my PE. Whether a throughout the day routine is superior to all at once or inferior to all at once - I don't know, I'm just thrilled at what I'm getting. Cheers.

you don't warm up while at work right?
and everything's fine, no injuries.
i'm always scared of jelquing without a warm up, but i still do it occasionally.

Yes for the short sessions during the day I forego the warmup, no problems so far.

Interesting thread... I do the dry jelqs and stretches during my restroom visits also. It seems to help cement the gains I've recently made. It gives me a longer flacid hang and I feel that it keeps the blood flowing where I want it to.
I usualy do a pretty hard pull, even if it's just 30 secs. I also do a few kegels during the micro-routine. Besides it's a natural action after urinating. I've been doing it quite a while and Im happy with the results.
I feel this is a great alternative to the bikers hang and all day stretchers as well.
