The trick was dedication, devotion, and alot of blood flow. I did my own variation of jelqing, hanging, stretching, dlds, but i mainly focused on length as i hear it is easier to gain length first then do the girth. Try some male enhancement supplements that mimic the magic dick pills. They sure seemed to help me alot.
What you need to do is see what works for you the best. I have heard of inch gains in a month but am skeptical of buying a program for 50$ when it more than likely teaches what i already know. Start slow at first and if yo hang start light. I started with 2.5 pounds just to get the ligs used to a good stretch. next week i threw on another 2.5 pounds and so on until i stayed at 10 pounds. Hang for about an hour, take a rest, perform a hotwrap to get the circulation going again, then hang for another hour. This combined with hours of fowfers, v-stretches and dld blasters is what gave me the length i wanted. Now i need to focus on girth so i jelq with about a 70% erection as aposed to my former 50%.
