For what I've seen on the porn that I've watched ... and some female/gay friends have told me ...

That some of the more hung men, have trouble maintaining an erection ... I would assume it's a lot harder to fill a 9" penis with blood for a half hour than it is a 5" penis.

So has anyone noticed this with PE'n?
That you get to a point and it's harder to maintain an erection, even with a good PC muscle?

Just curious...

And I am not saying too big for the partner, because I know it's totally dependant on each partner. And their size and preference...

I've never had any erection problems because of the size increase. In fact, my erections are better than it was 2 years ago. The added blooded flow and increased size in veins, I contribute this to.

i had more trouble with 5.875" bpel than I do now with 7.5"bpel.
I do thin that past a certain point, say 9" bpel one may have a real problem keeping it filled.

If you keep a strong pc muscle you wont have problems.

Exercise could help.

I read that people who do aerobic exercise regularly have about a pint of extra blood over what they would have if they didn't exercise. A pint is 2 cups which is more than the volume of even a 9x6. And we all have enough to keep a 6 incher or more filled even if we don't exercise.

I remember watching a report on discovery on human sexuality where it was stated that an average penis only needs a shooter full of blood to become fully erect - has something to do with the 'marvellous' bio-architecture of the inner-penis and how efficiently it uses the blood as a hydraulic support to become hard...

Size gains occur gradually. Occuring concomitantly is a gradual improvement in vascular delivery to supply the new penile tissue. Good erectile function should follow along with increases in size, even improve along the way as a result of sensible PE exercises.

I'm planning on starting a program of cardiovascular exercise in order to monitor its effects on erection strength. I'm make a litle poll for myself and monitor once a week each week for my entire winter quarter beggining in january. At the end of the quarter I will post my results for eretion stregth based stricly on the additon of cardio.

Get in shape with cardio and your sexual health will increase ten-fold...your desire and erections will increase...I'm not talking about becoming a gymrat or taking roids to get huge, just cardio to increase bloodflow to every part of body, mainly your dick and brain...another plus is you will be able to go longer and longer...do deep squats and you will soon be able to thrust like the porn stars...
