Using the Power Jelq once a day in the shower. Up to 150 pulls now. I am awaiting my bib hanger...
Question is, can I use both of these? Does anyone have both and is using them on a regular program that they can recommend to me?
I was thinking to PJ daily like I have been doing and wear the bib the rest of the time. But I didn't want to over do it. I just want some damn growth!!! If anyone is using these tools, please let me know how often they use them.

Hey Greenie17,
I have both the PJ and the BIB hanger. I used the PJ for a while but I personally found that I could get greater intensity by hand jelqing.
Right now I jelq when I wake up (for me that is evening, "third shift sucks") Then I go to work. I am at work for 10 hours so there is (aprox) Then I hang (I do a DLD blaster variation using my bib) when I get home from work.
You don't have to follow my exact program, but I would greatly recommend that if you are going to do both jelqing and hanging back to back - that you hang 1st. The swelling caused by jelqing can cause issues (i.e. pain and major discomfort when hanging) if you hang afterward.
In my old routing I would hang for 3 or 4 15min sessions then jelq for 30min right after.

Thanks for the good info. I am doing this now. Can't confirm anything REALLY noticible yet. Been Power Jelqing about 3 weeks now. 6 days a week. Just started hanging today in fact.
Question.
How much weight do you start with?
How often do you do this i.e. times per day and days per week?
Should I do it for like 20min on and 20 min off and 20 min on 3 times?

I powerjelq/regular jelq right after hanging. I've noticed I get a bigger pump from my jelq session when I do it shortly after hanging.
I started doing my jelqing session immediately after hanging to even out my penis. I hang for an hour with quite a bit of weight (22 pounds). This has been causing a little lump of extra girth to form about and inch under the gland due to the extra load distributed to this one area by the hanger. This concerned me, because I didn't want to develop an area of irregular girth. The jelqing session seems to do a good job of redistributing this girth and smoothing everything out.
It may, however, be slightly harder to maintain your target level of erection following a heavy and/or long hanging session. This is the only reason I wasn't doing it this way originally. I don't seem to be having too much of a problem with this lately though.
