I pushed for the idea of a hardgainers forum and got it here at PE Forum's. So here we are! Not able to escape the chores proscribed by the higher ups and since I advocated it I am now moderating it with the help and devotion of many talented others.
I need your feedback since this is our forum on hardgainers. So any and all imput would greatly be appreciated by you.
What I am looking for is what you think should be in here. I for one can think posts of how you broke your time of non gains. Like you hit a freeze up and what remedies you used to accomplish growth again. Shock routines and other notions is what this can be about too.
I don't want those who have a hard time gaining to feel like the middle children of this site. Others make excellent progress and I want us all to share in it. So we are all here to help the hardgainer make it to their goals with a hand up from everyone.
So please post your questions and we'll use all of our knowledge to help you out. Tricks of the dick trade, hints, and innovation is what we are all about. We want to make your dreams come true!
