Hi I'm not sure whether this is new, but tell me what you think. Ok, first things first. This is a variation on over the shoulder, create a large loop of string, which is tied round your weights. Then hoop it over your head so that the weight is hanging on your back and attach the front of the loop to your hanger. This way it can't fall off the sides of your shoulders.
Now that your penis is being pulled up vertically you can take two fingers and apply pressure away from your body on the portion of the shaft that is between your pubic bone and the bottom of the shaft.
