So I re-started on my program two weeks ago now. (I started earlier than planned because the vein is now gone, in fact it might have been an ingrown hair, not sure) Anyway I'm now doing more stretching than before. Used to I would do about 5 minutes of moderate stretches, and then go into jelquing. Now I do good hard stretches in 4 directions for 30 seconds each. I repeat this 5 times, then I do a one minute long pre-DLD pull toward the stomach w/kegel. Then I do 5 sets of 10 of the DLD (can't do 50 at once. Penis can't handle it, and hands can't handle it.) I now am starting to have sore ligs (which is a first and I think is good)

My question. If my ligs are really sore, should I only do mild stretching the day they are sore? Or not at all? What I mean by really sore is they are a little tender to the touch, and tender while stretching. Today I was sore, so I only used moderate pulling strength, but still felt I got a good stretch.

Also, even though I alternate hands, my right lig is sorer than my left. Any thoughts.

Also during my jelq today I moderately incorporated HU bends, and 440s. I can see how these are going to be great once I work up to the ability to do them 30sec in each direction, and with more blood in the penis. Thank you guys for all your knowledge and willingness to explain your expierneces.

Hey puff, sounds like a good workout. As far as your lig question...a little bit of soreness in normal and actually a good sign. Listen to your body...I would not take off the time but perhaps adjust the tension. As you get stronger and stonger this will not be necessary. I remember having this type of thing happen in the beginning of my program and I remember just adjusting things.

As far as the Horse Shoe's and 440's go. These are advanced moves but I thing a modified version as you have posted sounds fine. I think alot of PE is preparing the penis for more and more intense routines...SLOW and STEADY...There is no rush, but by the same token do not become to comfortable...I have always worked to increase tension

Thanks for the reply. It gives me hope to hear you say the soreness is a "good sign." It's funny. Even though I've jelqed noncommittaly for over a year, this is the first time I've ever committed myself to stretching. I can feel that it is working, but refuse to measure for a month. The soreness in my ligs is similiar to the muscle soreness I get when lifting in that I know it means results are on the horizon.

I agree with the slow and steady. It's not unlike weight lifting, in that you must increase to get stronger, but if you over do it, you could end up not being able to lift weights at all, or worse debilitate yourself.

Again thanks for all the help.
