Well, it seems that the damn plateau I was in finally broke... I was able to gain again using Bib's Commercial Hanger. You can see that this plateau lasted since June 2001, so it was almost a year with no gains. I was getting desperate and thinking about quiting this... luckily Bib's Hanger (finally) arrived and now here are the gains:

* Erect Length: 21,7 cm (8,54")
* Erect Girth: 15,3 cm (6")

OK, here is my progress reports since I started on this PE business. I don't have a PE routine now, because... well, read below and you'll know why... I'm waiting for my Bib Hanger to try to break this plateau... I think that when I hung weights was when I had the best gains... I'm going to do a different routine than normal (advertised by Bib, and that I agree, but I just don't have the time / privacy to do it consistently), based in the intensity of the force aplied (more weight for less time). I'll keep everyone interested posted through here or through the Genereal Discussion section if I have some spectacular gains to report.

Well, things haven't been going well lately, and since my last measurement, 4 months ago, I haven't gained 1 cm... Don't know if it's a plateau, but I've tried a layoff (forced one, became a little discoraged by my progress) of 2 months, then tried a "bathroom stretch" routine, but nothing... I think maybe I've reached my size... and unfortunately it's nothing close to what I wanted (and no, my goals aren't impossible)... don't really know what to do now... I feel like I'm in the beginning again, before ever buying a PE program...

* Erect Length: 21 cm (8.27")
* Erect Girth: 15,3 cm (6")

Well, only had 3 weeks of PE exercising on this 6 weeks since the last measurement. Registered a total of 164 mins (2h44m) of workout time on this 6 weeks. The program consists on 1 length exercise and 1 girth exercise. The gains are:

* Erect Length: 21 cm (8.27")
* Erect Girth: 15,3 cm (6")

Using various routines of Big Al's site. Registered 345 mins (5h45m) of total workout hours during the month of April, and the gains are:

* Erect Length: 20.6 cm (8.11")
* Erect Girth: 15 cm (5.91")

Continuing using Big Al's routines (mix one each week to shock the penis). I'm using Fowfer when I remember Well, here are the gains:

* Erect Length: 20.4 cm (8.03")
* Erect Girth: 14.8 cm (5.83")

Yesterday was measuring time. I said on this post that I restarted PE on the 8th of January. Well, I only did one week, because I decided to take a full month of complete rest, because there were somethings happening in my life that needed my full atention. Well, on the 12th of February I restarted PE, and today was time to see what gains were there. And here they are:

* Erect Length: 19.5 cm (7.68")
* Erect Girth: 14.7 cm (5.79")

After less than a month of one of the basic routines on Big Al's site, I got good results, in less time (exactly what I was looking for):

* Erect Length (bonepressed): 19.6 cm (7.72")
* Erect Girth (mid-shaft): 14,3 cm (5,63")

The last two months were bad (in relation to PE). Worked about 10 to 15 days total of the two months, and this workouts were very light. Tried some shock routines, but didn't gain much from them:

* Erect Length (bonepressed): 19.2 cm (7,56")
* Erect Girth (mid-shaft): 14 cm (5,5")

Almost when I was giving up on all of this, I got Big Al's site, and all changed.

After one month of the above routine I measured, and got very good length gains (the bib hanger really works):

* Erect Length (bonepressed): 19 cm (7,48")
* Erect Girth (mid-shaft): 13,8 cm (5,43")

Then, on August, my problems started: less time to workout (family allways present), vacations, etc.

After using the program from Brandon Reece, my measurements were:

* Erect Length (bonepressed): 18.1 cm (7.13")
* Erect Girth (mid-shaft): 13,5 cm (5,3")

Then, and after reading alot from this board, I made a bib hanger, and started on a 1hr hanguing + 30m jelquing + kegels routine, 3-4 times per week.

Started on the 3rd of April, but didn't take measurements 'till the 11th. Started with the Brandon Reece's program (manual stretching, jelquing, and kegels).

* Erect Length (bonepressed): 17.4 cm (6.85")
* Erect Girth (mid-shaft): 13,2 cm (5,2")
