I've been doing this for a while during my jelqing part of PE. I thought I would share. The evolution of this came from noticing that I could keep an erection easier (partial or full) if I would bring my legs up toward my head. I also noticed that during sex (being one who has a problem with retarded ejaculation) if my knees are apart and closer to my head I can finish easier.

Two ways to do this. I do this toward the end of my jelping part as it requires alot of stress(for me that is, some vets might find it whimpy.)

Laying on back Sumo: After jelqing to full engourgement, lay on back with knees in a "butterfly" really try to pull them up toward your head. For some reason this allows the penis to have a fuller and lengthier position away from the body. Jelq while kegeling between jelqs (real slow and long, I do up to 10 second long ones) with the direction of the penis pointing totally away from your head.

Standing (or squating) Sumo: Again after getting very engorged. Stand like a Sumo wrestler, jelqing straight down, do very slow jelqs with kegels in between each jelq. I can get right next to my body this way at the very base of the penis, and I get really fat engorgment. These are hard on the legs though as your basically doing isometric like squats. I will to 10 of these, and then sit back down and to some more jelping, and then to a few more sets of 10.

I too have noticed when squatting and jelqing straight down you get more blood flow to the penis. I think it's a combination of gravity and the arteries opening more (not being compressed by sitting or laying flat)...

I read somewhere that after doing exercises that involved the legs, such as squats, blood flow to the genitals was increased by 25%. I keep forgetting to try this out, I'll try to remember to give it a go this afternoon before my horshoe bending sessions.

intresting about the blood flow to genitals and squatting. I've read that body builders on average have about a 1/2 inch longer penis. I wonder if simple blood flow to the penis on a regular basis (which is what we do with some of the excercises) has something to do with it?

Wow. I just did it out of accidental discovery. But now that I think about it, in weight lifting, some guys will actually do pre-squats before they work their upper body, because blood flow supposedly increases whenever the legs are stressed via resistence.

So now instead of pre-squat upper body, maybe we should all do a few sets of squats before PE!

Actually I do the standing Sumo myself. When I do it, I have the ok sign towards my body and I grasp my penis with my whole hand and milk downwards and slightly back between my legs.

I find this way, I get a jelq, a squeeze and a stretch in one motion.
