I think that Horseshoe bends for girth and DLDBs for length are THE new hope for hard gainers. I think it would be good if every long time no-gainer would let us know on this forum if they gain with these excercises(or any others.) If these dont work, at least for girth, I dont know what will. I think the greatest potential for this forum is for long time no gainers to explain what finally got them to gain.

the erect bends, coupled with uli's are the first thing that got me girth after MORE THAN 3 YEARS off and on. I cant get the DLD blasters to work YET, but I finally got a .25 inch girth gain over the last 2-3 months.
I like to jelq, uli, bend, then jelq and uli. Thats my girth workout and it takes about 40-45 minutes not counting warm up. My girth is pumped up 1/4 to 3/8 inch after a workout like this.
