Plateau shattered after extended break!

I just made the first update to my progress report in many months, because I finally have something to report for a change! After months of complete stagnation I decided to take a six-week break! I just made my first official monthly measurement since the break, and have some interesting results to report. I gained an entire ¼” length in one month following the break!

This is more confirmation of my Punctuated PE theory that I proposed in October. I have a spurt of growth after a 6 week break. I think we are on to something important here. PE until you plateau with no more gains. Take 6 weeks off. Return to PE and good growth. Go through about 3 cycles per year wand det better growth in the long run. All right! And this gives you more time to do things other than pull on your dick. Part of an overall healthy lifestyle package of general fitness and penile development. My sex life, and orgasm quality has benefited from this punctuated approach. More and better orgasms and a bigger unit too. Great. Ahh! Life is good.

Great gains, Mushroom!!

I took 4 weeks off in October, then resumed PE with a slightly different focus. I didn't measure any progress after the first 4 weeks back and was beginning to think the break may have been wasted time. However, during the 5th week I gained 1/8" in length (both BPEL and BPFSL), which is damn good progress for me.

I'm not sure how much of my gain was due to the time off, but I think taking an extended break can't hurt and may help.
